 Hara Bhara chicken shami kabab Ingredients 1. Maggi noodles 1 packet 2. Chicken 209gms 3. Grated coconut 1/2 cup 4. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup 5. Egg-1 6. Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup 7. Almonds 5/6 8. Cashew nut 5/6 9. Resins 8-10 10. Pepper powder 1 tea spoon 11. Green chillis 3 12. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon 13. Rings of onion 14. Salt as per taste 15. Lemon juice 2teaspoon 16. Refined oil to fry Process Grate almonds, cashew, resins.In a mixer, add chicken, lemon juice, garlic paste, corriander leaves, egg, grated dry fruits, grated coconut, green chillis, salt, maggi masala, breadcrumbs. After mixing marinate the mixture for 2hours. In a pan add 1 cup water, add maggi noodles, boil for 2 mins, drain off excess water, bring maggi noodles to room temperature. Take small portion of chicken mixture, use both hands to give a shape, coat with maggi noodles, shallow fry in refined oil. Serve with onion rings, corriander leaves and tomato sauce

  Awadhi Muh Mitha Ingredients For Awadhi Muh Mitha Recipe Milk 250ml Mawa : 100gm Appricot ( Without seeds) :5-6 Ghee for deep fry Milk Bread -4 pieces Cashew - 10-12 pieces dusted Meetha aatar -1-2 drops Red chilli powder -1/2 teaspoon Lemon -1 Sugar -1.5cups pinch of salt fennel seeds -5-6 Cardamon powder -1tea spoon Procedure In a pan heat milk, grate the mawa , Add 1/2 cup sugar and mix them in low flame, Stir it continuously , add Cardamom powder, once the mixture thickenkens, turn off the flam. Por the mixxture in a container and keep it in freezer for 2 hours at least. Step-2. In pan add water - 1 cup, add sugar 1 cup and heat it,till the sugar melts and attains a thick concentration. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in the sugar mixture. Step-3. Soak the appricots in warm water for 10-20 mins, then in a grinder add, soaked appricots,, 4 tablepoon of water fennel seeds and make a mixture.In a pan , add the mixture, add salt, red chilli powder and mix everything and boil for 2 ...
