Chicken nuggets

Ingredients 1.300gm of boneless chicken 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons 3. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 4. Pepper 2 teaspoon 5. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon 6. Bread 4 slices 7. Refined oil 4 tablespoons 8. Salt as per taste 9.egg 1 10.cornflower 1 teaspoon Process Boil chicken , add 1 teaspoon of pepper. Take the bread slices and cut the corners. Make bread crumbs. Keep half of the breadcrumbs aside. Add boiled chicken , remaining breadcrumbs, red chilli powder, Soya sauce, pepper, salt in a grinder, make a nice paste. Take the mixture and spread on a flat plate, cut it into small cubes. In a bowl add 1 egg, cornflower, salt, chilli powder and mix them well. Dip the chicken cube in the egg and then coat it with breadcrumb . In a pan heat oil and then fry the cubes to golden brown. Serve it with tomato sauce.

Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 200gm 2. Egg 1 3. Refined oil 6 tablespoons 4. Flour 2 cups 5. Home made curd 3 table spoons 6. Powder Sugar 1 table spoon 7. Milk powder 2 tablespoon 8. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 9. Baking soda 1/3 teaspoon 10. Cheese slices 11. Salt as per taste 12. Mustard powder 1 teaspoon 13.ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon spoon 14. Pepper 1 teaspoon 15. Onion 1 medium sliced 16. Green chillies 3 17. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 18. Vinegar 1 table spoon 19. Foil paper 1 20. Toothpick Process In a mixing jar add chicken, ginger garlic paste, sliced onion, pepper, green chillies, red chilli powder, vinegar and make a nice paste. Do not add any water. Ingredients 1. 1.5 cup of flour 2. 1 teaspoon of salt 3. 5 tablespoon of oil 4. 200gm of boneless chicken 5. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons 6. Pepper 1 teaspoon 7. Red chilli powder 8. Onion 1 medium sliced 9. Foil paper 1 10 green chillies 3 11 salt as per taste 12. Mayonise 2 tablespoon 13. Tomato sauce 12 table spoon 14. Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon Process Marinate boneless chicken in vinegar for 30 mins In a grinder prepare a thick paste of chicken ginger garlic paste, sliced onion, green chillies, pepper, red chilli powder, salt. Do not add water to the mixture. Brush refined oil in a foil paper and add chicken mixture in it and wrap it tightly. In a container boil some water, add the foil wraps in boiling water cover it with lid and boil it for 5-10 mins. Malai cake

Ingredients 1. 1/3 cup refined oil 2  1/3 cup of curd 3. 1/ 2 cup powder sugar  4. 1  cup flour 5. 1 table spoon baking powder 6. 1 pinch baking soda 7. Full cream milk 1/2 litre 8. Regular milk 1/2 cup 19.almond, saffron, resins, cashews Process Boil full cream milk to 40% In a bowl add 1 cup of Hot regular milk. Add few strands of saffron to it and keep it for few minutes. Add saffron to full cream milk. In another container add oil and sugar and now add flour, baking powder, baking soda Mix everything well Preheat oven at 180 degree for 5 mins In an oven proof container add  the mixture and bake it in convention mode for 15 mins Then change the side of the cake and bake it for 10 mins. After baking bring the cake to room temperature add malai ( boiledfull cream milk) on top of it. Cool it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours and serve it. Ingredients 1. Flour -4 table spoon 2. Powder Sugar -1.5 tablespoon 3. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 4. Baking soda 0.5 teaspoon 5. Oil 2 table spoon 6. Dar chocolate cube 1 7. Chocolate chips 50gm 8. Egg 1 9. Milk 1 table spoon Process In a mug add dry ingredients Flour, baking powder, baking soda, powder sugar. Add oil , milk and egg. Mix everything well. Dip chocolate cube and chocolate chips in the mixture. In microwave bake the cake in micro mode for 2 mins  Flip upside down and have it hot with molten lava.

Veg labanga latika

Ingredients 1. Flour 1 cup 2. Refined oil 4 tablespoon 3. Potato 1 large 4. Green chillies 3  5. Onion 1 large 6. 4 cloves of garlic 7. Salt 8. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon 9. Gram flour 2 tablespoon 10. Cloves 8-10 11garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 12. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 13. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon 14. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon 15. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Process Boil  potato. In a bowl add flour, salt, 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix them well, add warm water slowly and make a nice doe. Keep it covered for at least 2-3 hours. In a pan add cumin seeds, green chillies, onion, garlic, add boiled potatoes, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, salt, gram flour, mix them well. Turn off the gas, let the mixture cool down. Divide the doe into 2 balls. Make a chapati from one of the balls and divide it into 4 rectangular parts. Veg rawa kofta

Ingredients 1. Carrot 2. Beans 3. Capcicum 4. Green chillies 5. Onion 1 6. 5/6 cloves of garlic 7. Soya sauce 1 table spoon 8. Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons 9. Schezwan sauce 2 tablespoons 10. Rawa 3 table spoons 11. Flour 1 table spoon 12. Pepper 13. Salt 14. Refined oil 4 table spoons Process Cut carrot, beans , capcicum, green chillies in small pieces Boil the vegetables for 2-3 mins Add salt, pepper to the boiled vegetables Add rawa, flour and 3 tablespoon of water Mix them well. Make balls from the mixture. Add 3 table spoons of oil in pan Fry the koftas ( fry both sides well) In the same pan add onion and garlic slices Mix all the sauces along with water in a separate bowl. Add the mixture in pan. Add the koftas in the gravy and cook it for another 5 minutes in medium flame. Serve it hot. You can have it with roti or paratha.

Ranga alu ( sweet potato) monohara

Ingredients 1. 2 large sweet potatoes 2.powder sugar 2 tablespoon 3. Cashew 4. Almond 5. Resin 6.mawa or khowa 100gm 7. Grated coconut 2 tablespoon 8. Refined oil 9. Flour1 table spoon Process Boil the sweet potatoes. Soak cashew almond and resin in warm water for half an hour. Make a nice paste of  cashew, almond and resin Grate mawa, add coconut and make a nice paste do not add water Add powder sugar to the mixture and mix them Mix everything with boiled sweet potatoes Mix everything well so that there is no lump Add flour to the mixture. Make small balls Fry in medium flame. Oil quantity should be enough so that the balls are dipped in oil completely.  Serve it.

Spanish Omlette

Ingredients 1. Eggs -2 2. Potatoes - 2 medium sized 3. Onion -2 medium sized 4. 2/ 3 boneless chicken pieces 5. Ginger garlic paste -2 table spoons 6. Cheese 2 table spoons 7.chilli flakes 1 teaspoon 8. Pepper 2 teaspoon 9. Refined oil 10. Garam masala 1 teaspoon Process 1. Grind chicken to a fine paste 2. In a pan add 2 table spoons of oil 3. Add small pieces of potato and smash them well. 4. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, chicken paste ( you can add cabbage and any other vegetables you want). Saute them for 2/3 mins. Add salt , pepper, turmeric  powder,red chilli powder, garam masala powder and cook it for 5 mins more and then turn off the gas  5.Pour the mixture in  a container and bring it to room temperature 6. Ingredients 1. 200g of boneless chicken 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 3. Green chilly paste 2 teaspoon 4. Salt 5. Pepper 1 tablespoon 6. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon 7. Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon 8. Basmati rice 1/2 cup 9.cornflower 2 tablespoon 10.red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon 11. 1 egg 12. Refined oil 2 table spoons 13. Flour 1 teaspoon Process Soak basmati rice overnight Mince chicken. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, pepper, soya sauce,tomato sauce,pepper, red chilli flakes, refined oil, egg to minced chicken and marinate overnight . Add salt to marinated chicken. Remove excess water from rice. Make small balls of chicken, coat them with soaked rice. Boil water in a container. Brush refined oil and ass some flour on the momo container.  Place the chicken Dumplings. Cover it and boil for 20 mins. Serve hot with tomato sauce or pudina chutney. Ingredients 1.200gm of boneless chicken strips 2. Vinegar 2 tablespoon 3. 1small packet of chowmin 90% boiled 4. Cornflower 2 table spoons 5. Pepper as per taste 6. Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon 7. soya sauce 1 teaspoon 8. tomato sauce 2 table spoons 9. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons 10. 2Green chilly paste 11.salt 12.refined oil 13.1 egg Process Cut the boneless chicken into thin pieces Marinate boneless chicken with vinegar for 30 minutes Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilly paste, salt, pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes. Add salt, cornflower,egg in the mixture. Coat the marinated chicken with boiled chowmin. Add 4 tablespoons of refined oil in a non stick fry pan. Fry the marinated chicken coated in chowmin.
