Chicken Dumplings
Ingredients
1. 200g of boneless chicken
2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
3. Green chilly paste 2 teaspoon
4. Salt
5. Pepper 1 tablespoon
6. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
7. Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
8. Basmati rice 1/2 cup
9.cornflower 2 tablespoon
10.red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
11. 1 egg
12. Refined oil 2 table spoons
13. Flour 1 teaspoon
Process
Soak basmati rice overnight
Mince chicken.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, pepper, soya sauce,tomato sauce,pepper, red chilli flakes, refined oil, egg to minced chicken and marinate overnight . Add salt to marinated chicken. Remove excess water from rice.
Make small balls of chicken, coat them with soaked rice.
Boil water in a container.
Brush refined oil and ass some flour on the momo container.
Place the chicken Dumplings. Cover it and boil for 20 mins.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or pudina chutney.
Add food colour / turmeric powder on the top of dumpling
