Veg rawa kofta

Ingredients
1. Carrot
2. Beans
3. Capcicum
4. Green chillies
5. Onion 1
6. 5/6 cloves of garlic
7. Soya sauce 1 table spoon
8. Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
9. Schezwan sauce 2 tablespoons
10. Rawa 3 table spoons
11. Flour 1 table spoon
12. Pepper
13. Salt
14. Refined oil 4 table spoons

Process
Cut carrot, beans , capcicum, green chillies in small pieces
Boil the vegetables for 2-3 mins
Add salt, pepper to the boiled vegetables
Add rawa, flour and 3 tablespoon of water
Mix them well.
Make balls from the mixture.
Add 3 table spoons of oil in pan
Fry the koftas ( fry both sides well)
In the same pan add onion and garlic slices
Mix all the sauces along with water in a separate bowl.
Add the mixture in pan.
Add the koftas in the gravy and cook it for another 5 minutes in medium flame.
Serve it hot.

You can have it with roti or paratha.
