Egg chicken roll

Ingredients 1. Eggs -2 2. Flour - 1 cup 3. Chicken boneless 3/4 pieces 4. Onion 1 medium 5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 6. Tomato purie 1 tablespoon 7. Green chillies 2 8. Red chilli powder 1/ 2 teaspoon 9. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon 10. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 11. Refined oil 3 tablespoons 12.lemon 1/2 13. Tomato sauce 2 teaspoons 14. Pepper 1 teaspoon Process Add flour salt oil and mix them well Add Luke warm water, make a nice doe. Cover it with wet cloth for at least 2 hours. In pan add 1/2 tablespoon of oil, onion slices, ginger garlic paste, tomato purie, turmeric powder, red chilli powder , garam masala powder and cook it well. Add salt and pepper to the egg. Make a paratha using the doe, add egg to it and fry it well. Add slices of chicken, onion slices, chilli slices, lemon, tomato sauce and wrap it well. Serve it for dinner.

Ingredients 1. Jackfruit or echor 500gm 2. Onion 1 big whole 3. Potatoes 2 4. Ginger garlic paste 3 tablespoons 5. Tomato - 1 6. Garam masala whole 7. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 8. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon 9. Cornflower 1 tablespoon 10.flour 1 tablespoon 11. Ghee 1 teaspoon 12. Mustard oil 4 table spoon 13. Salt as per taste 14. Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon 15. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon 16.garam masala powder 2 teaspoon 17. Sugar as per taste 18. Resin or kismis -8-10 Procedure Boil jackfruits and 1 potato  , mash them, add salt, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, corriander powder, garam masala powder 1 teaspoon, mix them well. Add 1/2  tablespoon of  oil, saute the mixture well. Bring the mixture to room temperature and add cornflower and flour to the same. Make nice small balls  add resins or kismis inside the balls . Prawn chicken pocket

Ingredients 1. Prawn medium sized 4 2. Ginger -1 small piece, garlic -4/5 cloves 3. Green chillies 2 4. Corriander leaves 5. Garam masala powder 6. Salt as per taste 7. Pepper 1 teaspoon 8. Red chilli powder 1/ 2 teaspoon 9. Egg 1 10. Breadcrumbs 11.refined oil 12. Vinegar Process Make a thin slice of chicken and marinate it overnight in vinegar and pepper In a mixer add ginger garlic green chillies pepper, salt, prawn. In a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil and add the mixture and saute it. Add the mixture of prawn inside the chicken slice and wrap it . Seal the ends with a coating of  soaked flour or a toothpick. Add red chilly powder to the egg  and mix it well. Dip the chicken inside egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Make double coat of egg and breadcrumbs. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Bring it to room temperature. Heat the oil add the chicken and fry it. Serve it with French fries, tomato sauce, onions

Vapa Sandesh

Ingredients 1. 500l of full cream milk 2. Elaichi powder 1 teaspoon 3. Vinegar 2 tbspoon/ 1 lemon 4. Milk powder 2 tablespoon 5. Powdered sugar 2 teaspoon 6.saffron7/8 soaked in warm milk Procee Boil milk Add vinegar / lemon Remove excess water Keep the paneer in a clean cloth for 2-3 hours In a mixture container add paneer, elaichi powder, milk powder, saffron soaked in milk Make a smooth paste In a foil container, add a butter paper , brush some ghee on the butter paper, add smooth paste , add saffron on top of it  In a pan add little water, add the foil container on top of a stand inside the pan. Close the lid of the pan and keep it in low flame for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes switch off the gas and bring it to room temperature. Then keep the foil in freezer for 1-2 hrs. After that cut it into pieces  and it is ready to serve.

Mug Cake

Ingredients Flour - 4 tablespoons powder  Sugar-1.5 tablespoons Coffee pwder 1 teaspoon Baking soda - 1 pinch Baking powder- 2 pinches Milk -2 tablespoons Melted dark chocolate - 2 table spoons Melted butter or oil 2 table spoons Condensed milk 2 tablespoons Process In a coffee mug mix flour, powder sugar, baking powder  cofee powder and baking soda Add condensed milk and melted butter or oil mix them well so that there is no lump Add melted chocolate Add milk and again mix them well Garnish with some chocolate chips Cook in microwave in microwave for 2 mins Take out from microwave oven and reverse sides and again bake for 1 minute With the help of knife check if the cake is properly baked

Kheer Kadam

Ingredients 1. 500l of full cream milk 2. 100 gm of mawa 3. Milk powder 4. 1 cup of powder sugar 5. 3 cups of water 6. Flour 1 table spoon 7. 1 lemon 8 . 2 teaspoon of poppy seeds Process Boil milk Add lemon juice and stir it continuously Remove excess water from paneer Wash the paneer to remove lemon flavor Mix flour with paneer properly and make small balls Add powder sugar and water to a pan Boil it , now add the paneer balls Lower the flame and boil it till 15 mins Drain water from the boiled rasagolla Bring it to room temperature Grind the mawa to make it a powder form Add milk 1 tbsp and sugar 1 tbsp and make a thick dough Now take small portion from the dough and keep the rasagolla inside it and make a round ball Cover the balls with poppy seeds and keep it in refrigerator

Grilled Chicken in White Sauce

Ingredients 1. Chicken 200gm 2. Fresh Cream 100gm 3. Butter - 100gm 4. Flour 2 tablespoons 5. Milk 150 gm 6. Chilli Flakes 2 teaspoon 7. 1 Tablespoon of Sunflower oil 8. Ginger Garlic paste 1 tablespoon 9. 1 tablespoon of vinegar 10. Salt as per taste Process Add vinegar to chicken and marinate for 15 mins Drain off the excess vinegar Marinate Chicken in Fresh cream overnight Add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken Bring the chicken to room temperature and add salt to it Preheat the oven for 5 mins Grill chicken for 10 mins each side with the marinated masala In a pan add butter, followed by milk and flour Stir it continuously so that there is no lump Add grilled chicken Saute each side Add chili flakes and serve it You can have it with roti/nun or butter rice

Ingredients 1. Vetki fish - 4 pieces 2. grated coconut 1 tablespoon 3. Mustard paste 2 tablespoons 4. Poppy paste 1 tablespoon 5. Curd 2 tablespoon 6. Mustard Oil 1 tablespoon 7. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 8. Green chilies -4 Process Wash the fish Add vinegar and keep it aside for 5-10 mins Drain off the excess vinegar In a pan add mustard, poppy seed paste curd, grated coconut and mix them with salt   Add fish pieces Add Mustard pieces and green chilies In microwave cook the fish for 15 mins

Nimki/Namkeen Ingredients 1. 1 cup of flour 2. 1 teaspoon of Sunflower oil 3. Sunflower oil 4. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon 5. Salt as per taste 6. Sugar 1 teaspoon 7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 8. Baking soda 1 pinch Process Mix all the dry ingredients add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix them well so that no lump is there Add warm water and make a tight dough Cover it with a wet cloth for 5/6 hours Make a thin roti from the dough and cut it in diamond shapes Heat a pan full of oil and fry the namkins in low flame Save it in an airtight container

Ingridients 1. 1 large potato / 2 medium sized potatoes 2. 1 medium sized onion cut into pieces 3. 5/6 cloves of garlic cut into small pieces 4. salt 5. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon 6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 7. 2 green chillies cut into small pieces 8. Sunflower oil 9. 1 table spoon of flour 10. Cornflower 1 tablespoon 11. Ketchup Process Boil the potato and mash it In a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and add onion slices, garlic pieces, green chillies and saute them in mashed potato add fried onion, garlic , chillies Add chilli powder and garam masala powder Add cornflower Make round balls Make a thick batter of flour and water Dip the balls in flour mixture and fry in oil. Serve it with ketchup

Vegetables - capcicum, onion, carrot, beans, mushroom, corn.....based on availability 7. Boiled chicken 4 pieces ( boneless medium sized) 8. Onion 1 whole, garlic 1 whole nicely chopped 9. Tomatoes -2 10. Chilli flakes 2 teaspoon 11. Origano 2 teaspoon 12. Cheese grated or sliced ( cut into small pices)  13. Salt  14. Ketchup 15 Schezwan sauce 16. 1l of full cream milk for cheese 17. Melted butter 1 tablespoon Process Doe preperation Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt mix them well. Ingredients for each pizza 1. 4 spoons of flour 2. 4 spoons of milk 3. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon 4. 1 pinch of baking soda 5. Onion -1 6. Tomato Ketchup 7. Small pieces of boiled chicken 8. Peeper 9. Spring onion cut into pieces 10. 1Slice of cheese 11. Origano 12. Chilli flakes 13. Pizza sauce 14. Sunflower oil-6 tablespoons 15. Garlic - 10 cloves 16. 1 small onion nicely chopped 17. 2 tomatoes 18. salt as per taste How to make pizza sauce Grind 2 tomatoes in mixer Add 2 table spoons sunflower oil in a pan Add around 10 cloves of garlics, add 1 onion nicely chopped Add grated tomato and saute it for 5 mins.
