Egg chicken roll

Ingredients
1. Eggs -2
2. Flour - 1 cup
3. Chicken boneless 3/4 pieces
4. Onion 1 medium
5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
6. Tomato purie 1 tablespoon
7. Green chillies 2
8. Red chilli powder 1/ 2 teaspoon
9. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
10. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
11. Refined oil 3 tablespoons
12.lemon 1/2
13. Tomato sauce 2 teaspoons
14. Pepper 1 teaspoon

Process
Add flour salt oil and mix them well
Add Luke warm water, make a nice doe.
Cover it with wet cloth for at least 2 hours.
In pan add 1/2 tablespoon of oil, onion slices, ginger garlic paste, tomato purie, turmeric powder, red chilli powder , garam masala powder and cook it well.
Add salt and pepper to the egg.

Make a paratha using the doe, add egg to it and fry it well.
Add slices of chicken, onion slices, chilli slices, lemon, tomato sauce and wrap it well.
Serve it for dinner.
