  Double Chocolate Cake with Walnut Ingredients 1. Flour 1 cup 2. Powder Sugar 1/2 cup 3. Melted Butter 100 gm 4. Eggs 4 5. Chocolate chips 50 gm 6. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon 7. Refined Oil 1 cup 8. Foil Box 3 9. Butter paper 10. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 11. Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon 12. Chocolate bar 100 gm 13. Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon 14. Fresh cream 15. Walnut Process Mix eggs with oil and powder sugar. Mix everything with a hand grinder. In a separate container add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder. Melt chocolate with butter. Add half of the melted chocolate with egg, oil, and sugar mixture. Add chocolate chips. Mix dry ingredients in the mixture through a cut and fold process. Grease butter paper with oil or butter in the foil boxes. Add the mixture in the foil box. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 mins. Bake the cakes at 150 mins for 15 mins each side.  Mutton Yakhni Polao Ingredients 1. Mutton with bone 4 pieces 2. Curd 200 gm 3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 4. Basmati rice 5. Bayleaf 2 6. Onion large 3  7. Whole spices nutmeg, corriander, cinamom, cardamom, pepper, funnel, mace, cloves, dry red chilli 8. Warm milk 2 tablespoon 9. Rose water 10. Keora water 11. Salt 12. Pepper 1 teaspoon Process Soak basmati rice for 1 hr at least Wash the mutton pieces, in a pan add mutton, whole spices ( except funnel and corriander), 1 onion sliced, whole ginger and garlic cloves, bayleaf, add enough water, salt.  Mutton keema stuffed pancake Ingredients 1. Mutton keema 100 gm 2. 1 medium Onion chopped  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 4. Green chillies, corriander paste 1 tablespoon 5. Pepper 1 teaspoon 6. Mixed herbs 7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 8. Salt 9. Flour 1 cup 10. Refined oil 2 tablespoon 11. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 12. Yeast 1 teaspoon 13. Egg 1 14.  Luke warm water 15. Milk 1/4 cup  16. Grated cheese Process Add flour, yeast, milk, egg, salt, water. Make a tight doe. Cover the doe with a plastic wrap and rest it for 5-6 hours. In a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil.  Mini chicken rolls Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 100gm 2. Boiled Potato 1 3. 1 medium sized Onion chopped 4. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon 5. Corriander leaves chopped 6. Chopped green chillies 7. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon 8. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon 9. Crushed Pepper 1 teaspoon 10. Breadcrumbs 1 cup 11. Mozerella cheese grated  12. Salt 13. Refined oil 2 tablespoon 14. 1 egg Process Boil chicken with salt and pepper Shred the chicken, mash boiled Potato Add ginger garlic paste, onion chopped, green chillies, red chilli powder, pepper, salt, mixed herbs,grated cheese, corriander leaves, half cup breadcrumbs. Mix everything well and make a tight doe Take small portion from the doe and give the shape of roll. Dip the roll in egg and cover it with remaining breadcrumbs . Heat oil in a pan,Shallow fry the rolls. Serve it with mayonese, garnish with onion slices, green chillies.

Golabari style kasha mutton

Ingredients 1. Mutton 350 gm 2. Onion slice half cup 3. Onion paste 1 4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 5. Ghee 2 tablespoon 6. Mustard oil 8-10 tablespoon 7. Garam masala whole 8. Roasted garam masala ( cardamom, cinnamon, bayleaf, red chilli whole, nutmeg, mace, white cumin) make a fine powder after roasting them 9. Red chilli powder 10. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 11. Curd 4 tablespoons 12. Salt 13. Sugar 1 teaspoon Process Marinate mutton overnight with curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon In a pan add oil and ghee. Add garam masala ( whole), sugar, onion slices and fry it till it is brown. Add ginger garlic paste, roasted garam masala powder and cook it for 10 mins. Add marinated mutton , salt. Mix everything well and cook it for 15mins. Add half cup of boiled water and cover the pan. Allow the mutton to boil in a low flame for 30 mins. Open  the cover after 30 mins. Serve it with rice / roti.
