Crispy fried pomfret

 Crispy fried pomfret Ingredients 1. Pomfret fish 2 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 3. Green chilli  , corriander leaf, pudina leaf paste 2 tablespoon 4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 5. 1 lemon juice 6. Dry roast cumin, corriander seeds, ajwain, garam masala ( cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg , mace), pepper. Grind them. Store the mixture, in an airtight container 7. Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon 8. Roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon 9. Salt 10. Refined oil Process Marinate pomfret in vinegar for half an hour. Make little slits on the body of pomfret Remove excess vinegar, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, corriander leaf, pudina leaf paste, lemon juice, roasted masala ( 1 tablespoon), chilli powder, roasted gram flour, salt,1 tablespoon oil. Add little bit water if required, make a thick paste, marinate pomfret for 3-4 hours Heat oil in a pan, fry both sides of the fish,serve with onions and tomato sauce

 Cheese chicken roll Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 100gm marinated in vinegar ( 1 cap) for 30 mins 2. Ginger 1 inch 3. Garlic 10 cloves 4. Green chillies 5 /6 5.   Ingredients 1. Curd 200gm 2. Powder sugar 2 tablespoon 3. Dry fruits ( cashew, resin, almonds, pesta) 4. Rosewater 1/4 teaspoon Process Remove extra water from curd using stainer. Tie it in a dry cloth and hang it for an hour to remove extra water. Take the curd in a bowl. Add powder sugar to curd and mix them using an electric grinder  Cut the dry fruits into small pieces. Add Rosewater to the mixture. In seperate container add a layer of curd mixture followed by few dry fruits. Then again add a layer of curd.   Double Chocolate Cake with Walnut Ingredients 1. Flour 1 cup 2. Powder Sugar 1/2 cup 3. Melted Butter 100 gm 4. Eggs 4 5. Chocolate chips 50 gm 6. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon 7. Refined Oil 1 cup 8. Foil Box 3 9. Butter paper 10. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 11. Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon 12. Chocolate bar 100 gm 13. Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon 14. Fresh cream 15.  Mutton Yakhni Polao Ingredients 1. Mutton with bone 4 pieces 2. Curd 200 gm 3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 4. Basmati rice 5. Bayleaf 2 6. Onion large 3  7. Whole spices nutmeg, corriander, cinamom, cardamom, pepper, funnel, mace, cloves, dry red chilli 8. Warm milk 2 tablespoon 9. Rose water 10. Keora water 11. Salt 12. Ingredients 1. Mutton 350 gm 2. Onion slice half cup 3. Onion paste 1 4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 5. Ghee 2 tablespoon 6. Mustard oil 8-10 tablespoon 7. Garam masala whole 8. Roasted garam masala ( cardamom, cinnamon, bayleaf, red chilli whole, nutmeg, mace, white cumin) make a fine powder after roasting them 9. Red chilli powder 10. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 11. Curd 4 tablespoons 12. Salt 13. Sugar 1 teaspoon Process Marinate mutton overnight with curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon In a pan add oil and ghee. Add garam masala ( whole), sugar, onion slices and fry it till it is brown. Add ginger garlic paste, roasted garam masala powder and cook it for 10 mins. Add marinated mutton , salt. Mix everything well and cook it for 15mins. Add half cup of boiled water and cover the pan. Allow the mutton to boil in a low flame for 30 mins. Open  the cover after 30 mins. Serve it with rice / roti.

Vinegar 1 teaspoon Process Grind boneless chicken Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, Soya sauce , vinegar, tomato sauce Marinate the chicken for at least 2-3 hours In flour add salt, egg , gradually add lukewarm water and make a doe. Keep the doe for 1 hour at least Make small rotis from the doe. Make sure the rotis are thinner. Add the chicken mixture inside each roti, fold the edges and give a shape of your choice . Pepper 1 teaspoon Process Make a paste of tomato In refined oil add onion, green chillies, garlic chopped. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt Cook it for 5 mins, add cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala, mixed herbs. Mix everything well. Break two eggs and add on top of the mixture. There should be a little distance between 2 egg poaches. Add salt and pepper on top of egg yolks. Cover it and cook for 5 mins . Add corriander leaves and serve it.

Butter Cookies Ingredients 1. 100gm butter at room temperature 2. Flour 1 cup 3. Powder sugar 3/4 cup 4. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 5. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon 6. Cookie moulds Process In a container add butter , powder sugar blend them well. In a container add flour, baking powder, baking soda, mix them well. Add the flour mixture to mixture of powder sugar and butter. Mix everything well. Make a nice doe, divide the doe in 2 halves,make small balls from each lump. Total no of balls will not be more than 14. Flatten the balls using your palm. Grease the moulds with butter or refined oil Add the flattened balls in each mould. Preheat oven at 180 degree for 5 mins Bake the cookies at 150 degree for 15 mins. Bring it to room temperature and store in an airtight container.

Paneer cheese nuggets

Ingredients 1. 200gm of paneer 2. Cheese cubes -6 3. Garlic -5/6 cloves 4. 1 small onion nicely chopped 5. 3 green chillies nicely chopped 6. Cornflower 2 teaspoon 7. Breadcrumbs 8. Salt 9. Refined oil 10. Pepper 1 teaspoon 11. Red chilli powder 12. Mixed spices 1 teaspoon 13. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Process Smash the paneer, add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper, onion garlic and green chillies chopped, cornflower 1 tablespoon and make a doe  Take a small part of the doe and add a cheese cube , give it an oval shape . Make 6 nuggets from the doe. In a bowl add 1 table spoon of cornflower and water and make a thick batter. Dip the nuggets inside the batter , coat it with breadcrumbs . In a non stick fry pan heat refined oil and fry the nuggets. Serve it with sauce or mayonese.

Ingredients 1. 1 cup of refined oil 2. 1 cup of powder sugar 3. 1 cup of flour 4. Chocolate chips 5. Dark chocolate 50 gm 6. Butter 2 tablespoon 7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 8. Vanilla essence Process In a mixing bowl add 3 eggs, powder sugar, oil , chocolate chipsand mix them using hand grinder, add vanilla essence to it In another bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda In a microwave bowl add butter, chocolate and melt them, add melted chocolate to the first mixture. Add flour mixture to this and mix them using cut and fold method Pre heat oven at 150 degree for 5 mins Bake  at 150 degree for 15 mins each side Bring it out of oven to room temperature and serve it

Ingredients 1. Eggs 2 2. Milk 1 cup 3. Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon 4. Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon 5. Red chilli powder 6. Pepper 7. Bread crumbs 8. Flour 9. Salt 10.refined oil Process Break the eggs add milk, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Blend them for at least 10 mins. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder. Mix everything well. In a tiffin box brush some oil, add the mixture, close the lid of the tiffin box. In boiling water add a stand and keep the tiffin box on top of the stand. Boil it for 20 mins. The mixture increases in size. Bring it to room temperature Cut the mixture in finger shapes. Add salt in the flour and mix them well. Coat it with flour and then with breadcrumbs. In a pan add oil , heat it and fry the fingers. It is ready to serve with mayonese/ sauce

Mysore pak Today I am sharing recepie of a South Indian dessert Ingridients 1. Gram flour 1 cup 2. Sugar 1 cup 3. Ghee 1 cup 4. Roasted almonds 3/4 cut into small pieces Process Roast gram flour in a pan In a mixing bowl add ghee to roasted gram flour, make a thick batter. In a serving bowl brush some ghee In a pan add sugar and 2 cups of water In this add mixture of gram flour and ghee, mix them well, serve it in a serving bowl. Garnish with roasted almonds

Ingredients 1.300gm of boneless chicken 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons 3. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 4. Pepper 2 teaspoon 5. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon 6. Bread 4 slices 7. Refined oil 4 tablespoons 8. Salt as per taste 9.egg 1 10.cornflower 1 teaspoon Process Boil chicken , add 1 teaspoon of pepper. Take the bread slices and cut the corners. Make bread crumbs. Keep half of the breadcrumbs aside. Add boiled chicken , remaining breadcrumbs, red chilli powder, Soya sauce, pepper, salt in a grinder, make a nice paste. Take the mixture and spread on a flat plate, cut it into small cubes. In a bowl add 1 egg, cornflower, salt, chilli powder and mix them well. Dip the chicken cube in the egg and then coat it with breadcrumb . In a pan heat oil and then fry the cubes to golden brown. Serve it with tomato sauce.
