 Bengali style bhetki fry


Ingredients

1. Boneless Bhetki cut in rectangular shape-2

2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons

3. Green chilly corriander paste 1 tablespoon

4. Egg 1

5. Breadcrumbs 1 cup

6. Flour 2 tablespoon

7. Cornflour 1 tablespoon

8. Baling powder 1 teaspoon

9.Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon

10. Salt

11. Pepper 1 teaspoon

12. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

13. Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon

14. Vinegar 1 tablespoon

15. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

16. Refined oil


Marinate fish with vinegar for half an hour

Drain off excess water

Add ginger garlic paste, chili corriander paste, pepper ,red chilli powder salt lemon and marinate it for 2 hours

In a plate add flour, baking powder, baking soda, mix everything well

Coat it with eggs and then breadcrumbs

Coat it with flour mixture and deep fry it in refined oil

Add chat masala and serve it hot
