 Potato nuggets


1. 2 boiled potatoes

2. Breadcrumbs 1 cup

3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon

4. Green chilli corriander paste 2 tablespoon

5. Cheese cube 1 grated

6. 1/2 Onion sliced finely and fried

7. Milk 1/4 cup

8.salt

9.garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon

10. Mixed herbs

11. Red chilli flakes / chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

12. Refined oil

13. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

15. Mayonese 1 tablespoon



Process

Smash the potatoes, add ginger garlic paste , green chilli corriander paste, sliced fried onion, grated cheese, garam masala, mixed herbs, red chilli powder / chilli flakes, 1/ 2 cup breadcrumbs.salt mix everything well to make a tight doe

Take a flat surface, freeze it with oil or ghee add the doe on top of it, flatten it with your hand.

Now cut square pieces.

Refrigerate it for 2-3/hours .

Bring it to room temperature, heat the oil

Dip the square nugget pieces in milk, coat it with breadcrumbs and deep fry

In a small bowl add tomato sauce and mayonese and mix them well

Serve nuggets with sauce
