 Cheese chicken roll

Ingredients

1. Boneless chicken 100gm marinated in vinegar ( 1 cap) for 30 mins

2. Ginger 1 inch

3. Garlic 10 cloves

4. Green chillies 5 /6

5. Corriander leaves few

6 Corriander powder 1 teaspoon

7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

8. Pepper 1 teaspoon

9. Cheese cubes 3

10. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

11. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon

12. Salt

13. Refined oil

14. Cornflour 2 tablespoon

15. Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup


Process

In a mixer mince the boneless chicken 

Now in minced chicken add ginger, garlic, green chillies, corriander leaves, corriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Mix everything well, do not add water.

Make a tight doe from the mixture using cornflour and breadcrumbs.

Refrigerate the doe for 2 hours.

Now bring it to room temperature.

Grease your hands with oil

Take a small part from the doe, use rolling pin to flatten it, cut each cheese cubes into smaller parts. Add cheese cubes in the centre, roll it .

Hear oil in pan, fry the rolls, serve it with tomato sauce or mayonese.
