 Crispy Chilli babycorn

Ingredients

1.Babycorn 100gm cut into small pieces

2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons

3. Green chilli corriander paste 1 tablespoon

4.Salt as per taste

5. Pepper 1 teaspoon

6. Chat masala 1 teaspoon

7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

8. Sliced onion (1) and garlic (5/6)

9. Cornflour 2 teaspoons

10 barbeque sauce 1teaspoon

11. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

12. Red chilli sauce 11/2 teaspoon

13. Soya sauce 1/2 teaspoon

14. Red , yellow bell paper sliced

15. Refined oil

16. Sliced chillies 3

Ingredients

Boil the babycorn for 5-10 mins

Cool it

In a bowl add ginger garlic green chilli corriander paste, chat masala, garam masala, pepper, salt, do not add water to it, coat the boiled babycorn with the marinated masala,coat it in cornflour deep fry it.Drain off excess oil

In a seperate pan heat 2 tablespoon of oil

Add onion slices, green chillies, chopped garlic, bell paper

Make mixture of all sauce, add 1 teaspoon of water to it.

Add the sauce mixture to pan, add salt if required. Add fried babycorns. Cook until the excess water is dried

Serve it hot.
