 Crispy fried pomfret

Ingredients

1. Pomfret fish 2

2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon

3. Green chilli  , corriander leaf, pudina leaf paste 2 tablespoon

4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon

5. 1 lemon juice

6. Dry roast cumin, corriander seeds, ajwain, garam masala ( cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg , mace), pepper. Grind them. Store the mixture, in an airtight container

7. Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

8. Roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon

9. Salt

10. Refined oil


Process

Marinate pomfret in vinegar for half an hour.

Make little slits on the body of pomfret

Remove excess vinegar, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, corriander leaf, pudina leaf paste, lemon juice, roasted masala ( 1 tablespoon), chilli powder, roasted gram flour, salt,1 tablespoon oil. Add little bit water if required, make a thick paste, marinate pomfret for 3-4 hours

Heat oil in a pan, fry both sides of the fish,serve with onions and tomato sauce
