 Chicken in palm yum sauce 1. Boneless chicken 100gm 2. Flour 3. Cornflour 4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 5. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon 6. Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon 7. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon 8. Palm pulp 2 tablespoon 9. Onion 1 diced 10. Green chilli 2 11. Refined oil 12. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon 13. Egg 1 Process Marinate chicken in vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, chilli sauce and egg for 5-6 hours Dilute palm pulp with water and add 1 teaspoon sugar, mix everything well, add 1 teaspoon of palm in chicken, add salt coat with flour and deep fry in refined oil. In pan add oil, add onion, golden fry, then add garlic paste, add tomato sauce, remaining palm sauce, soya sauce, mix cornflour in water and pour on the gravy, add fried chicken. Garnish with palm sauce and serve

 Sahi Bharwan murgh Ingredients 1. Chicken breast piece 1 2. Boneless  chicken cube 2 pieces 3. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons 4. Curd 2 tablespoon 5. Dessecated coconut powder 1 table spoon 6. Salt 8. Fresh cream 1 tablespoon 9. Vinegar 1 teaspoon 10. Salt as er taste 11. Grated cheese  (1 cube) 12. Butter 1 cube 13. Maggie masala e magic 1tablespoon 14. Green chillis 15. Corriander leaves, pudina leaves 16. Flour 17. Breadcrumbs 18. Eggs Process Marinate chicken breast whole piece in  vinegar and fresh cream, salt over night. In a mixture grinder add boneless chicken cubes, green chillis, maggi magic masala, mix them, add garlic paste 1 tea spoon, coconut powder, salt and marinate them over night. Add grated cheese on chicken mixture. Make a chutney with green chilli, corriander, pudina leaves, curd, add chat masala Add chicken mixture at the centre of chicken breast and roll the two ends.  Chicken pockets Ingredients 1. Chicken breast piece 1 2. Boneless  chicken cube 2 pieces 3. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons 4. Olive -4/5 sliced 5. Dessecated coconut powder 1 table spoon 6. Salt 8. Fresh cream 1 tablespoon 9. Vinegar 1 teaspoon 10. Salt as er taste 11. Grated cheese  (1 cube) 12. Butter 1 cube 13. Maggie masala e magic 1tablespoon 14. Green chillis 15.   উপকরণ ১. বোনলেস ভেটকি মাছ - চিল্লি ফিস কাট ২. রসুন বাটা -  ২ টেবিল চামচ ৩. চীজ -২ কিউব  গ্রেটেড ৪. কাঁচা লঙ্কা -৩ টে কুঁচনো ৫. ধনেপাতা কুচি ৬. ডিম -১. ৭. নুন - স্বাদমত ৮. গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো - ১ চা চামচ ৯. ময়দা -৪ চামচ  ১০. বিসকুট র গুঁড়ো ১১. সাদা তেল ১২. ফ্রেশ ক্রিম -২ টেবিল চামচ ১৩. টমেটো সস ১৪. Mayonese ২ টেবিল চামচ প্রদ্ধতি মাছ টা ফ্রেস ক্রিম, এ ভিজিয়ে ফ্রীজে রাখতে হবে সারা রাত রুম টেম্পারেচার এ এলে তার মধ্যে একে একে রসুন বাটা, চীজ, mayonese, কাঁচা লঙ্কা, ধনেপাতা, নুন, গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো দিয়ে মেখে নিতে হবে। ডিম টা ফেটিয়ে নিতে হবে। মাছ টা ময়দা দিয়ে কোট করে, ডিমে চুবিয়ে, ব্রেডক্রাম্বস এ কোট করে, সাদা তেল এ ভেজে নিতে হবে। টমেটো সস, র mayonese একসাথে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে একটি পাত্রে, তার মধ্যে, অল্প ধনেপাতা ও কাঁচা লঙ্কা কুচি দিয়ে সার্ভ করতে হবে।

  Ingredients : 1. Nestle milkmaid -200gm 2. Paneer -200gm 3. Coconut powder 200gm 4. Milk powder -4 tablespoons 5. Palm pulp - 4 tablespoon 6. Grated Dry fruits for garnish( cashew, almonds) 7. Ghee 6 tablespoon 8. Resins 9-10 9. Flour - 2 tablespoon 10.melted chocolate 1/2 cup Process Mash paneer, add in a mixer, add milkmaid, coconut powder, milk powder one by one and make a thin paste. Add flour to it, mix by hand. Heat a pan, add ghee and roast the mixture till thee is no water in it. Let the mixture cool. Apply ghee in both hands, take part of the mixture, flatten with your hand, add palm mixture 1/2 teaspoon, add a resin, and roll with both hands to make a ball. Now coat with chocolate, garnish with dry fruits. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving.

  Ingredients:  1. Milk Bread ( 1 Pound) - 6 pieces 2. Taal  pulp : 2 cups 3. Khowa / Mawa : 200gm 4. Milk : 500ml 5. Sugar 2 Cups 6. Grated Coconut " 1 cup 7. Flour : 1 cup 8. Baking Powder : 1 teaspoon 9. Ghee for Deep Fry 10. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon 11. 11-12 cashew nuts grated Process Heat a pan, add 200 ml milk to it, Add grated mawa to it and boil. Keep the flame low and stir it continuously, Add 1 cup of sugar and stir it  continuously till the mixture becomes thick and attains a Concentration, add cardamom powder and mix everything well. Turn off the flame. store it in a container and refrigerate it. Boil a separate container, add Taal pulp in it , add sugar and mix it. When the sugar is melted, add grated coconut and mix everything well. Pour in a container and refrigerate it.
