Milkmaid chocolate bomb
Ingredients :
1. Nestle milkmaid -200gm
2. Paneer -200gm
3. Coconut powder 200gm
4. Milk powder -4 tablespoons
5. Palm pulp - 4 tablespoon
6. Grated Dry fruits for garnish( cashew, almonds)
7. Ghee 6 tablespoon
8. Resins 9-10
9. Flour - 2 tablespoon
10.melted chocolate 1/2 cup
Process
Mash paneer, add in a mixer, add milkmaid, coconut powder, milk powder one by one and make a thin paste. Add flour to it, mix by hand. Heat a pan, add ghee and roast the mixture till thee is no water in it. Let the mixture cool. Apply ghee in both hands, take part of the mixture, flatten with your hand, add palm mixture 1/2 teaspoon, add a resin, and roll with both hands to make a ball. Now coat with chocolate, garnish with dry fruits. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving.
