 Chicken in palm yum sauce


1. Boneless chicken 100gm

2. Flour

3. Cornflour

4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon

5. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon

6. Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon

7. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

8. Palm pulp 2 tablespoon

9. Onion 1 diced

10. Green chilli 2

11. Refined oil

12. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

13. Egg 1


Process

Marinate chicken in vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, chilli sauce and egg for 5-6 hours

Dilute palm pulp with water and add 1 teaspoon sugar, mix everything well, add 1 teaspoon of palm in chicken, add salt coat with flour and deep fry in refined oil.


In pan add oil, add onion, golden fry, then add garlic paste, add tomato sauce, remaining palm sauce, soya sauce, mix cornflour in water and pour on the gravy, add fried chicken.


Garnish with palm sauce and serve
