 Cheesy spicy tandoor pomfret Ingredients 1. Pomfret fish  2 2. Ginger garlic green chilipaste 2 tablespoon 3. Kashmiri mirch powder  2 teaspoon 4. Roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon 5. Salt as per taste 6. Curd 4 tablespoon 7. Cheese cube 1 8. Refined oil 1 teaspoon 9. Vinegar 1 tablespoon Process Marinate pomfret fish in vinegar for half an hour Remove excess vinegar , add ginger garlic, green chilly paste to the pomfret fish and marinate for 2 hours. In a bowl add curd, mix kasmiri mirch powder, gram flour and make a thick batter, dip the marinated pomfret in the batter. Marinate the fish for 3-4 hours. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated fish, pour excess gravy on top of it, fry both sides, add grated cheese and let it melt in the gravy. Serve it hot.

 Cauliflower nuggets with spicy chutney Ingredients for nuggets 1. Grated cauliflower 1.5 cups 2. Onion chopped 1 large 3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 4. Green chillies sliced 2 5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 7. Grated cheese 1/2 cup 8. Salt as per taste 9. Boiled mashed potatoes 2 medium sized 10. Cornflower 2 tablespoon 11 . Flour 2 tablespoon 12. Breadcrumbs 1 cup 13. Refined oil Ingredients for chutney 1. Tomatoes 2 2. Garlic 6/7 cloves 3. Red dry chillies 4 4. Onion 1 5. Salt as per taste 6. Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon 7. Sugar 1 teaspoon 8. Aamchur powder Process In a bowl mix grated cauliflower, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies ,red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, grated cheese,mashed potatoes. Mix everything well and make a dough.  Amritsari fish Ingredients 1. Fish fillets 10-12 2. Ginger garlic corriander paste 2 tablespoon 3. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 4. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon 5. Kashmiri mirch powder 1 tablespoon 6. Mustard oil 1 teaspoon 7. Curd ( without water) 2 tablespoon 8. Crushed kasauti methi 1 teaspoon 9. Asfoetida 1 teaspoon 10 ajwain 2 teaspoon 11. Chat masala 12. Salt 13. Rice flour 2 tablespoon 14. Gramflour 1 tablespoon 15. Refined oil Process Marinate fish in vinegar for 30 mins Remove excess vinegar, add ginger garlic corriander paste, curs, red chilli powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, kasauti methi , Ajwain, asfoetida, Mustard oil . Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator Bring it to room temperature, add gram flour, rice flour and mix everything.Marinate for 30 mins, Heat oil and fry marinated fish.
