Ingredients

1. Fish fillets 10-12

2. Ginger garlic corriander paste 2 tablespoon

3. Vinegar 1 tablespoon

4. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

5. Kashmiri mirch powder 1 tablespoon

6. Mustard oil 1 teaspoon

7. Curd ( without water) 2 tablespoon

8. Crushed kasauti methi 1 teaspoon

9. Asfoetida 1 teaspoon

10 ajwain 2 teaspoon

11. Chat masala

12. Salt

13. Rice flour 2 tablespoon

14. Gramflour 1 tablespoon

15. Refined oil


Process

Marinate fish in vinegar for 30 mins

Remove excess vinegar, add ginger garlic corriander paste, curs, red chilli powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, kasauti methi , Ajwain, asfoetida, Mustard oil . Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator

Bring it to room temperature, add gram flour, rice flour and mix everything.Marinate for 30 mins, Heat oil and fry marinated fish. Serve with  onion and chat masala.
