 Cheesy spicy tandoor pomfret

Ingredients

1. Pomfret fish  2

2. Ginger garlic green chilipaste 2 tablespoon

3. Kashmiri mirch powder  2 teaspoon

4. Roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon

5. Salt as per taste

6. Curd 4 tablespoon

7. Cheese cube 1

8. Refined oil 1 teaspoon

9. Vinegar 1 tablespoon


Process

Marinate pomfret fish in vinegar for half an hour

Remove excess vinegar , add ginger garlic, green chilly paste to the pomfret fish and marinate for 2 hours. In a bowl add curd, mix kasmiri mirch powder, gram flour and make a thick batter, dip the marinated pomfret in the batter. Marinate the fish for 3-4 hours.

Heat oil in a pan, add marinated fish, pour excess gravy on top of it, fry both sides, add grated cheese and let it melt in the gravy.

Serve it hot.
