 Drums of heaven Ingredients 1. Chicken lolipop pieces 6-7 2. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 3. Ginger garlic  paste 2 tablespoon 4.  tomato sauce 1 tablespoon 5. Barbecue sauce 1 teaspoon 6. Kashmiri mirch powder 1 teaspoon 7. Schezwan sauce 1/2 teaspoon 8. Salt 9. Chat masala 10. Mustard oil 1 tablespoon 11. Refined oil Sauce 1. Tomato 1 ta chopped 2. Onion 1 chopped 3. Green chillies 3/4 4. Garlic 5/6 nicely chopped 5. Salt 6. Sugar 1 teaspoon Process Marinate chicken in vinegar for 30 mins, drain off excess vinegar In a bowl add tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, Schezwan sauce, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri mirch powder, salt, Mustard oil mix everything well, add little bit of water (1teaspoon) if required  Add chicken pieces in mixture, marinate for 2-3 hours Deep fry chicken in refined oil Sauce In a pan add 1 teaspoon of refined oil, add chopped garlic, saute them for 2-3 mins, add green chillies, followed by chopped onion,add salt as per taste and sugar. Chicken tikka with pudina chutney

 Chicken tikka Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 10 small pieces 2. Curd 2 tablespoon 3. Ginger garlic green chilly paste 2 tablespoon 4. Kasmiri mirch powder 2 teaspoon 5. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 6. Chat masala 1 teaspoon 7. Salt 8. Olive oil 1 teaspoon 7. Refined oil 1 teaspoon Process Marinate chicken cubes in vinegar for 30 mins Drain off excess vinegar add ginger garlic green chilly paste, Kashmiri mirch powder 1 teaspoon, salt and marinate it for 1 hour In a bowl add olive oil, kasmiri mirch powder, mix them, add curd to it and make a thick paste, coat the chicken pieces in the mixture, add salt if required and marinate it for 2 hours. Heat a pan, add refined oil, cook the chicken pieces both sides till the gravy is dried and chicken is boiled. Note the chicken pieces will be reddish in colour, cover it and cook for 5-10 mins. Serve it with pudina chutney

 Pan cake Ingredients 1. Egg -1 2. Milk 1 cup 3. Flour 1 cup 4. Sugar 1 tablespoon 5. Baking powder 3/4 tablespoon 6. Butter 1 cube 7. Honey 8. Oil 1 tablespoon 9. Salt Process In a bowl break an egg, add sugar, milk, whisk it. In a separate bowl add flour baking powder, salt, mix everything well Add in the egg mixture, whisk everything till it comes to a certain concentration, add oil mix everything well. Take some of the liquid and pour it on the pan. Wait for 2 mins , flip either side. Pour it on a dish, add butter on top of it, add honey and serve it.

 Chattpatta street style chicken Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken cubes 7/8 2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 3. Green chilly sliced -2 4. 1 medium sized onion sliced 5. Tomato sliced -1 6. Kashmiri mirch powder 2 teaspoon 7. Sliced spring onion 1 8. Garlic sliced 7-8 cloves 9. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 10. Corriander leaves sliced 11. Refined oil 1 tablespoon 12. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 13. Salt as per taste 14. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Process Marinate chicken in venegar for 30 mins. Drain off excess vinegar add ginger garlic paste Kashmiri mirch powder, turmeric powder to it and marinate for another 2 hours In a pan heat oil, add sliced garlic, saute for 1 minute add green chillies, followed by onion, when the onion becomes soft add tomato sliced, add sliced spring onion, saute everything well, then add marinated chicken, add excess masala added in marination, luke warm water, salt and cover it for few mins till the chicken is boiled, evaporate excess water in the gravy and...
