Ingredients
1. Chicken lolipop pieces 6-7
2. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
4. tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
5. Barbecue sauce 1 teaspoon
6. Kashmiri mirch powder 1 teaspoon
7. Schezwan sauce 1/2 teaspoon
8. Salt
9. Chat masala
10. Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
11. Refined oil
Sauce
1. Tomato 1 ta chopped
2. Onion 1 chopped
3. Green chillies 3/4
4. Garlic 5/6 nicely chopped
5. Salt
6. Sugar 1 teaspoon
Process
Marinate chicken in vinegar for 30 mins, drain off excess vinegar
In a bowl add tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, Schezwan sauce, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri mirch powder, salt, Mustard oil mix everything well, add little bit of water (1teaspoon) if required
Add chicken pieces in mixture, marinate for 2-3 hours
Deep fry chicken in refined oil
Sauce
In a pan add 1 teaspoon of refined oil, add chopped garlic, saute them for 2-3 mins, add green chillies, followed by chopped onion,add salt as per taste and sugar.
Saute for 2-3 mins, turn off the gas and let it cool for 5-10 mins.
In a mixer grinder jar add all the ingredients, little water and grind it to make a thick sauce
Add chat masala on chicken and serve with chutney
la on fried chicken and serve with chutney
