Chicken tikka with pudina chutney

 Chicken tikka

Ingredients

1. Boneless chicken 10 small pieces

2. Curd 2 tablespoon

3. Ginger garlic green chilly paste 2 tablespoon

4. Kasmiri mirch powder 2 teaspoon

5. Vinegar 1 tablespoon

6. Chat masala 1 teaspoon

7. Salt

8. Olive oil 1 teaspoon

7. Refined oil 1 teaspoon


Process

Marinate chicken cubes in vinegar for 30 mins

Drain off excess vinegar add ginger garlic green chilly paste, Kashmiri mirch powder 1 teaspoon, salt and marinate it for 1 hour

In a bowl add olive oil, kasmiri mirch powder, mix them, add curd to it and make a thick paste, coat the chicken pieces in the mixture, add salt if required and marinate it for 2 hours.


Heat a pan, add refined oil, cook the chicken pieces both sides till the gravy is dried and chicken is boiled. Note the chicken pieces will be reddish in colour, cover it and cook for 5-10 mins.


Serve it with pudina chutney
