 Poush sankranti special recepie no 4 Moong dal r puli Ingredients 1. Moong daal 100 gm 2. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon 3. Green chillies 2 4. Rice flour 3 tablespoon 5. Flour 2 tablespoon 6. Cumin seeds 1teaspoon 7. Hing / asafoetida 1 teaspoon 8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 9 . Salt 10.milk 1/2 cup 11. Mawa  1/4 cup 12. Grated coconut 1/2 cup 13. Juggery  14. Refined oil 15. Mustard oil 1 tablespoon Process Inner filling: Heat milk in a pan, after the milk starts boiling add Mawa mix it with milk till it dissolves. Add juggery into it, followed by grated coconut,mix everything well till the moisture evaporates. Bring down from pan and cool it. Outer surface: In pan roast the moong dal for 5 mins in low flame.  Poush sankranti special recepie no 3...Saru chakli pithe Ingredients 1. Rice 1 cup 2. Urad dal 1/2 cup. 3. semolina 1 tablespoon 4. Salt 5 mixed herbs 1 teaspoon 6. Oil for brushing Juggery liquid  Process Soak rice and dal seperately for 3 to 4 hours. In a blender blend rice and dal seperately, add 2 tablespoon of  water for dal In a bowl add rice mixture, dal ,Salt, semolina, mixed herbs. Mix everything well and keep it on rest for 1 hour Heat a pan, add the mixture Spread mixture on surface of the pan.brush oil. Flip the mixture, fold it and serve with liquid juggery

Gokul pithe

 Poush sankranti special recepie Gokul pithe Ingredients 1. Mawa 50 gm 2. Grated coconut 1/2 cup 3. Milk 1 cup 4. Juggery 1 tablespoon 5. Sugar 1/2 cup 6. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon 7. Refined oil 8. Flour 1/4 cup 9. Rice flour 1/2 cup 10. Powder Sugar 2 tablespoon 11. Semolina 2 tablespoon Process Heat a pan, add mawa , once the mawa becomes liquid, add grated coconut, mix everything, add milk (1/2 cup), juggery. Mix everything well till the liquid disappears. Apply oil / ghee on your palm and make small balls of the mawa mixture. Make sure the mixture is hot else it will be hardened. In another pan add Sugar , 2 cups of water, boil it.once the liquid boils , add cardamom powder. Once the liquid reaches a considerable concentration turn off the gas. Seeta is ready. Kheer pithe

 Poush sankranti special recepie 1. Kheer pithe Ingridients 1. 500 ml full cream milk 2. Mawa 100 gm grated 3. Milk powder 2 tablespoon 4. Juggery 100gm 5. Rice flour 1 cup 6. Flour 1/2 cup 7. Semolina 1/4 cup 8. Ghee 2 tablespoon 9. Milk 1/2 cup 10. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon Recepie In a bowl add  rice flour, flour, semolina, grated juggery  2 teaspoons, mix everything, add milk, make a semi liquid batter. Caution !!! Batter shouldn't be too thick . cover the batter and rest it for 2 hours In a pan add  milk and put it on low flame, once it starts boiling add grated mawa ,milk powder,  stir it and allow the milk to thicken. Once concentration of milk increases considerably, add juggery, stir continuously , till the liquid portion disappears, add cardamom powder, turn off the gas , allow the kheer to rest and cool down.  Fiery pepper chicken Ingredients 1. Boiled Chicken cubes 200gm  2. Cornflour 1 tablespoon 3. Chicken stock 1/2 cup 4. Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon 5. Pepper 1 teaspoon 6. Red chill powder 1/4 teaspoon 5. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon 6. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon 7. Red chilli sauce ( optional ) 1/2 teaspoon 8. Sugar 1 teaspoon 9. 1 Onion sliced 10. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon 11. 4/5 cloves of garlic chopped 12. Refined oil 2 tablespoon 13. Grated cheese  Process In pan heat oil Add chilli flakes, chopped garlic , onion saute them for few secs Then add ginger paste, cook for another 2 mins till raw ginger smell disappears Add red chilli powder, pepper, sugar, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce Add chicken cubes Add half of the chicken stock in the pan Add remaining stock to the cornflour and make a thick mixture, add mixture to the pan, cook for another 2 mins Add grated cheeese on top of it and let the cheese melt, mix everything well Serve it hot
