Ingredients


1. 200 gm boneless chicken


2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon


3. Onion slices 1


4. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon


5. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon


6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon


7. Mixed herbs


8. Rice flour 1 tablespoon


9. Flour 2 tablespoon


10. Milk 1/2 cup


11.powder Sugar 1teaspoon


12. Salt


13. Vinegar 2 tablespoon


14. Refined oil 4 tablespoon


15. 1Tomato purie 


16. Garam masala whole 5 gm


Ingridients


Marinate chicken in venegar for half an hour


In a bowl add rice flour, flour, milk, powder sugar powder, make a thick batter.


Drain off excess vinegar, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and marinate for 2 hours.


After 2hours add salt to marinated chicken


In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil, fry onions, add garam masala whole, then add tomato purie , followed by marinated chicken, add lukewarm water.cook everything well , cover it so that chicken gets boiled.


Once chicken is boiled add the half of  thick flour batter. in the gravy and mix it well, add mixed herbs.


Take in a seperate  container.


Now again heat the pan, add chicken , add remaining batter, fry each sides. Mangso pithe is ready and serve hot with mayonese
