1. Kheer pithe


Ingridients

1. 500 ml full cream milk

2. Mawa 100 gm grated

3. Milk powder 2 tablespoon

4. Juggery 100gm

5. Rice flour 1 cup

6. Flour 1/2 cup

7. Semolina 1/4 cup

8. Ghee 2 tablespoon

9. Milk 1/2 cup

10. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon


Recepie

In a bowl add  rice flour, flour, semolina, grated juggery  2 teaspoons, mix everything, add milk, make a semi liquid batter. Caution !!! Batter shouldn't be too thick . cover the batter and rest it for 2 hours

In a pan add  milk and put it on low flame, once it starts boiling add grated mawa ,milk powder,  stir it and allow the milk to thicken.

Once concentration of milk increases considerably, add juggery, stir continuously , till the liquid portion disappears, add cardamom powder, turn off the gas , allow the kheer to rest and cool down.

Heat a pan add ghee , now add the batter on the pan, evenly spread it, roll the kheer with both of your hands, add the kheer on One side of the batter. The batter will start coming up from the pan, roll the batter to cover kheer , fry both sides and serve it .
