Gokul pithe

Ingredients

1. Mawa 50 gm

2. Grated coconut 1/2 cup

3. Milk 1 cup

4. Juggery 1 tablespoon

5. Sugar 1/2 cup

6. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

7. Refined oil

8. Flour 1/4 cup

9. Rice flour 1/2 cup

10. Powder Sugar 2 tablespoon

11. Semolina 2 tablespoon


Process

Heat a pan, add mawa , once the mawa becomes liquid, add grated coconut, mix everything, add milk (1/2 cup), juggery. Mix everything well till the liquid disappears.

Apply oil / ghee on your palm and make small balls of the mawa mixture. Make sure the mixture is hot else it will be hardened.

In another pan add Sugar , 2 cups of water, boil it.once the liquid boils , add cardamom powder.

Once the liquid reaches a considerable concentration turn off the gas. Seeta is ready.

Make a thick batter using flour, rice flour, powder Sugar , Semolina, milk.

Do the balls in the batter, coat them well and Deep fry them in refined oil.

Dip the fried balls in seera.After 5

 mins serve them in a plate ready to eat.
