 Mango milk shake Ingredients 1. Mango 3 2. Sugar 1/2 cup 3. Milk 1.5 cups 4. Dry fruits - cashew , almonds, resins, walnuts chopped Process Peel off the mangoes, using knife remove the outer skin of mangoes, cut the mangoes into small pieces, in a mixer add mangoes, 2 tablespoon of water and blend them, add sugar, milk to the blender jar and make a thick paste. Pour it into glasses , add chopped dry fruits and serve

 Cheese onion butter uthapam Ingredients 1. Rice 1 cup 2. Urad dal 1/4 cup 3. Poha 1/2 cup 4. Grated cheese 1/2 cup 5. Butter 1 cube 6. Sliced Onion 2 medium sized Process Soak rice and dal overnight, make a thick paste of rice and dal. Soak poha , Rinse poha , make a paste, add it in mixture of rice and dal, ferment for 8 hours at least. Add salt to mixture ( remember that you are adding butter and cheese so adjust salt accordingly) Heat a pan, add butter, allow it to melt, add the mixture, spread it on pan, add sliced onion, add grated cheese, flip it to other side, once both sides are cooked properly, serve it with white chutney

 Oats omlette Ingredients  1. Oats 1 cup grinded 2. Egg 1 3. Milk 1 cup 4. Refined oil 1 teaspoon 5. Chopped vegetables- onion, capcicum, carrot, beans, green chillies, corriander leaves 6. Salt 7. Pepper 1 teaspoon 8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 9. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon Process In a bowl add grinded oats, milk and mix it, add chopped vegetables In a separate bowl beat an egg with salt, pepper Add it to oats mixture, mix everything well, add red chilli powder and mixed herbs Add refined oil in pan, add the mixture, spread it on the pan, once one side is done flip to other side, fry properly and serve

 Chicken Sawarma creppe Ingredients  1. Chicken boneless 200 gm 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 3. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon 4. Mayonese 2 tablespoon 5. Almond Oil 1 tablespoon 6. Butter 1 cube 7. Milk 1 /2 cup 8. Eggs -1 9. Flour 1 cup 10. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 11. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon 12. Onion slices 13. Vinegar 2 teaspoon 14. Lettuce/ cabbage  leaves 1 sliced 15. Mixed herbs 1 tablespoon 16. Grated cheese 1/2 cup 17. Salt 18.  Mutton keema patis Ingredients 1. Mutton keema 100gm 2. Ginger galic paste 1 tablespoon 3. Finely chopped onion- 1 4. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 7. Salt 8. Refined oil 2 tablespoon 9. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 10. Corriander leaves (optional) 11. Patis sheet 12. Hunk curd 2 tablespoon Process Marinate mutton keema With curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder for 2 hours  Heat a pan add oil 1 tablespoon, chopped onion, add marinated keema, add corriander powder,add salt, cook it for sometime, add 1/4 cup lukewarm water if required, cook until water is dried off, add  garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves. Take in different vessel and allow it to cool. Take a patis sheet, pour some keema mixture inside it, fold it from one side, tie the ends with water. Make other patis in same process.  Mango pudding Ingredients  1. Mangoes -3 2. Sugar 1/4 cup 3. Full cream Milk 500 ml 4. Dry fruits  5. Ghee 1 tablespoon Process Peel off mangoes , add  1/2 cup of milk in a mixer and make a paste Boil milk and add sugar, stir it till milk reduce to half add the  mango mixture to it, stir continuously, turn off heat allow the mixture to cool. Divide in small containers . Roast the dry fruits in ghee in pan and add as toppings in each container.

 Plain cheese dosa Ingredients 1. Rice 0.5 cup 2. Urad dal 1.5 cups 3. Grated cheese 0.5 cup 4. Onion -1 5. Tomato 1 6. Few cloves of garlic 7. Dried Red chilli 2 8. Refined oil 2 tablespoons 9. Black Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon 10 grated coconut 1/2 cup 11. Sugar 1 teaspoon 12. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 13. Corriander seeds 1 teaspoon 14. Poha 1/4 cup Process Make a paste with grated coconut Mustard seeds, sugar, salt In a pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, add red chilli es,add onion, tomato, garlic Saute everything. Cool it for sometime. In a mixer add everything, add some water, salt and make thick paste.  Chicken Faley Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken keema 100 gm 2. Onion finely chopped 3. 3/4 garlic roughly chopped 4. 1 inch ginger roughly chopped 5. Chilli flakes 1/4 teaspoon 6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 7. Green chillies 2 timely chopped 8. Refined oil 9. Salt 10. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 11. Flour 1.5 cups 12. Sugar 1 teaspoon 13.
