 Mutton keema patis

Ingredients

1. Mutton keema 100gm

2. Ginger galic paste 1 tablespoon

3. Finely chopped onion- 1

4. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

7. Salt

8. Refined oil 2 tablespoon

9. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon

10. Corriander leaves (optional)

11. Patis sheet

12. Hunk curd 2 tablespoon


Process

Marinate mutton keema With curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder for 2 hours 


Heat a pan add oil 1 tablespoon, chopped onion, add marinated keema, add corriander powder,add salt, cook it for sometime, add 1/4 cup lukewarm water if required, cook until water is dried off, add  garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves. Take in different vessel and allow it to cool.

Take a patis sheet, pour some keema mixture inside it, fold it from one side, tie the ends with water. Make other patis in same process.

Heat oil in pan, shallow fry the patis
