 Plain cheese dosa

Ingredients

1. Rice 0.5 cup

2. Urad dal 1.5 cups

3. Grated cheese 0.5 cup

4. Onion -1

5. Tomato 1

6. Few cloves of garlic

7. Dried Red chilli 2

8. Refined oil 2 tablespoons

9. Black Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon

10 grated coconut 1/2 cup

11. Sugar 1 teaspoon

12. Baking powder 1 teaspoon

13. Corriander seeds 1 teaspoon

14. Poha 1/4 cup


Process

Make a paste with grated coconut Mustard seeds, sugar, salt


In a pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, add red chilli es,add onion, tomato, garlic

Saute everything. Cool it for sometime. In a mixer add everything, add some water, salt and make thick paste.

Soak rice, dal seperately for 5-6 hours


In a mixer add rice, dal make paste seperately and mix them, make a thick paste of poha, mix everything Garment overnight


Bring mixture to room temperature, Add baking powder to the mixture 

Heat a pan add , add 1 teaspoon of oil, turn off the heat, add mixture, turn on the flame, spread it throughout the pan,  flip to other side in few minutes,add coconut chutney, followed by tomato chutney, add grated cheese fold the dosa from one side , cut it centrally and it is ready to serve
