Chicken Faley
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken keema 100 gm
2. Onion finely chopped
3. 3/4 garlic roughly chopped
4. 1 inch ginger roughly chopped
5. Chilli flakes 1/4 teaspoon
6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
7. Green chillies 2 timely chopped
8. Refined oil
9. Salt
10. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
11. Flour 1.5 cups
12. Sugar 1 teaspoon
13. Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Process
In a bowl take flour, add, salt sugar , refined oil 1 teaspoon, mix everything well, add luke warm water slowly and make a soft doe
Cover it and rest it for 2 hours
Add 1 teaspoon of oil in pan, add chopped garlic, followed by sliced onions , once the onions are translucent add chopped ginger, add chicken keema , add corriander powder, green chillies, pepper, garam masala powder, salt, mix everything, add some lukewarm water, allow the chicken to boil, wait till excess water is dried off.Add chilli flakes, turn off heat , allow the mixture to cool.
Take a portion of the doe flatten it with rolling pin add some mixture at the centre, fasten the ends with water or oil.
Heat oil in pan, fry the faleys and they are ready to serve
