 Chicken Sawarma creppe



Ingredients 

1. Chicken boneless 200 gm

2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon

3. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon

4. Mayonese 2 tablespoon

5. Almond Oil 1 tablespoon

6. Butter 1 cube

7. Milk 1 /2 cup

8. Eggs -1

9. Flour 1 cup

10. Baking powder 1 teaspoon

11. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon

12. Onion slices

13. Vinegar 2 teaspoon

14. Lettuce/ cabbage  leaves 1 sliced

15. Mixed herbs 1 tablespoon

16. Grated cheese 1/2 cup

17. Salt

18. Pepper 1 teaspoon

Process

Marinate chicken boneless pieces  with fresh cream, ginger garlic paste, mayonese, mixed herbs, pepper overnight. 

Heat a pan add almond oil, add chicken marinated pieces, saute them well, add marinated sauce on top of it, add grated cheese, pepper,mixed herbs,add salt if required, mix everything well, turn off flame.




Soak onion slices and vegetable slices in vinegar,

In a bowl add one egg, milk, flour, mix everything well, add salt, pepper, salt, make a thick batter add baking powder, baking soda

Heat a pan, add butter , spead it over pan, add the mixture, spread it on container, when one side is cooked, flip other side add chicken mixture, vegetables fold it and serve, donot overcook to make the the creppe brownish. Serve it with mayonese dip
