Bhetki paturi Ingredients 1. Bhetki fish 500gm 2. Banana leaves 3. Curd 400 gm 4. Mustard poppy seeds paste 5. Green chilli 6.oil 7.coconut grated 8 vinegar 9.thread 10.salt Process Marinate vetki with vinegar for 15 mins Heat the Banana leaves drain excess vinegar, add Mustard poppy seed paste, grated coconut, curd salt, green chillis mustard oil Tie the Banyan leaves with thread Cook in microwave for 3 mins, change the size and cook for 2 mins more. Now it is ready to serve
