Chicken Rezalla
 Ingredients:
400 gm chicken
Curd 200gm
White oil
Ghee
Poppy seed cashew nut paste
Green chilli paste/
Red dry chilli
Ginger garlic paste
Boiled onion paste
Salt to taste
Sugar
Bay leaf
Garam masala (whole)

Process
1. Marinate overnight -chicken with curd (100gm) , ginger garlic paste, poppy seed , cashew nut paste, green chilli paste, black peeper paste, oil ghee
2. Take out the marinated chicken and keep outside for 30 mins, add some salt to taste
3. Take a pan, add some oil, add bay leaf, red dry chillies and garam masala (whole)
4. Add onion paste and stir it till the raw smell goes away, add remaining ginger garlic paste, then add the marinated chicken , add remaining curd, little amount of boiled water, and cook it for 10 mins with lid closed
5. Open the lid and cook for 10 more till oil seperates
6. Pour in to a container and garnish with red dry chillies
