Chicken burritos

 Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 6 pieces 2. Boiled Potato 1 3. Onion 1 medium sliced 4. Garlic 5/ 6 cloves 5. Capcicum 1/2 finely chopped 6. Corriander leaves 7. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon 8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 9. Butter 100gm 10.Mayonese 11. Salt 12. Pepper 1 teaspoon 13. What 1 cup 14. Flour 1 cup 15. Lukewarm water 16. Ghee or dalda 1 teaspoon 17.sugar 1 teaspoon 18. Lettuce or cabage leaves boiled 19. Origano, Process Add wheat, flour and salt, sugar, mix everything, add ghee or dalda. Add lukewarm water. Knead them well.  Chicken croquettes Ingredients 1. Chicken boneless or with bone 4/5 medium pieces 2. Ginger 1 inch 3. Garlic 5/6 cloves 4. Red chilli 2 5. Garam masala whole ( cloves 2, cinamon 1, cardamom 2) 6. Onion 1 small finely chopped 7. Potato boiled 1 8. Sweet corn boiled 9. Flour 1/2 cup 10. Milk 1/4 cup 11. Salt 12. Pepper 13. Refined oil 14. Butter 1 teaspoon 15. Origami 1 teaspoon 16. Ingredients 1. Mutton keema 2. Curd 2 tablespoon 3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 4. Onion and green chillies grated 5. Corriander leaves grated 6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 7. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 9. Salt as per taste 10 . roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon 11. Ghee 1 teaspoon 12. Refined oil 2 tablespoon 13. Wooden sticks Process Marinate mutton keema with curd, ginger garlic paste, onion , geen chillies, corriander leaves,salt, roasted gram flour,ghee Marinate mutton for 2 hours in refrigerator Bring it to room temperature before cooking With wet hands give shape of sheeikh kabab Sheikh kabab are added in sticks In a pan add oil. Add sticks, fry them to golden brown. Serve it .

Ingredients 1. 100gm Chicken 2. Egg 1 3. Flour 1 cup 4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 5. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon 6. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon 7. Salt 8. Refined oil 9. Luke warm water 10. Vinegar 1 teaspoon Process Grind boneless chicken Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, Soya sauce , vinegar, tomato sauce Marinate the chicken for at least 2-3 hours In flour add salt, egg , gradually add lukewarm water and make a doe. Keep the doe for 1 hour at least Make small rotis from the doe. Make sure the rotis are thinner. Add the chicken mixture inside each roti, fold the edges and give a shape of your choice . Fry the wonton in refined oil and serve

Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken breast piece 2 2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 3. Onion and green chilly paste 1 tablespoon 4. Egg 1 5. Vinegar 1 teaspoon 6. Refined oil 2 tablespoon 7. Butter 2 cubes 8. Cheese gared 9. Salt 10. Pepper Process Marinate chicken with vinegar, ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilli paste, pepper, broken egg Refrigerate for at least 3 hours Bring it to room temperature add salt In pan add refined oil, butter,add chicken. Grate cheese in top of chicken. Flip it on the other side cook it and cut into pieces and serve it.
