Mutton sheekh kabab
Ingredients
1. Mutton keema
2. Curd 2 tablespoon
3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
4. Onion and green chillies grated
5. Corriander leaves grated
6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
7. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
9. Salt as per taste
10 . roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon
11. Ghee 1 teaspoon
12. Refined oil 2 tablespoon
13. Wooden sticks
Process
Marinate mutton keema with curd, ginger garlic paste, onion , geen chillies, corriander leaves,salt, roasted gram flour,ghee
Marinate mutton for 2 hours in refrigerator
Bring it to room temperature before cooking
With wet hands give shape of sheeikh kabab
Sheikh kabab are added in sticks
In a pan add oil.
Add sticks, fry them to golden brown.
Serve it .
