Crispy fried pomfret

 Crispy fried pomfret Ingredients 1. Pomfret fish 2 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 3. Green chilli  , corriander leaf, pudina leaf paste 2 tablespoon 4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon 5. 1 lemon juice 6. Dry roast cumin, corriander seeds, ajwain, garam masala ( cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg , mace), pepper. Grind them. Store the mixture, in an airtight container 7. Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon 8. Roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon 9. Salt 10. Refined oil Process Marinate pomfret in vinegar for half an hour. Make little slits on the body of pomfret Remove excess vinegar, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, corriander leaf, pudina leaf paste, lemon juice, roasted masala ( 1 tablespoon), chilli powder, roasted gram flour, salt,1 tablespoon oil. Add little bit water if required, make a thick paste, marinate pomfret for 3-4 hours Heat oil in a pan, fry both sides of the fish,serve with onions and tomato sauce

 Chicken strips 1. Boneless chicken breast piece 2 2. Ginger garlic lemon green chilli paste 2 tablespoon 3. Breadcrumbs 1/cup 4. Egg 1 5. Salt 6.mayonese 1 tablespoon 7. Red chilli powder 1 /2 teaspoon 8. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 9. pepper1 teaspoon 10.lemon juice 1 teaspoon 11. Chat masala powder 1 teaspoon 12. Refined oil 13. Vinger 1 teaspoon Process Cut boneless chicken into thin strips Marinate chicken in vinegar for half an hr In a bowl take ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder , garam masala powder, pepper lemon juice,Mayonese.egg.Dip chicken pieces into marinated masala, add salt and refrigerate Take out from refrigerator, coat with breadcrumbs and fry the same in refined oil Add chat masala to it before serving

Cheesy honey soya chicken breast Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken breast piece 3 2.honey 1/4 cup 3. Soya sauce 1/3 cup 4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 5.pepper 1 teaspoon 6. Refined oil 1 tablespoon 7. Grated cheese 8. Origano 1 teaspoon 9. Vinegar 2 tablespoon 10 lemon juice 1 tablespoon 11. Green chillies, 4 12. Salt Process In a bowl add soya sauce, honey, refined oil, pepper, whisk everything well Marinate chicken in vinegar for half An hour Remove excess vinegar, add chicken to sauce mixture, add ginger , garlic paste, Green chillies, lemon juice , salt and mix them well Add grated cheese , origano,on top of it Preheat oven at 180 degrees Bake chicken for 15 minutes Cut in small pieces and serve it hot

 Golden fried prawn Ingredients 1. Prawn -8 2. Ginger garlic paste 3.green chilly 4 chopped 4. corriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup 5. soya sauce 1 teaspoon 6. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon 7. Red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon 8. pepper 1/2 teaspoon 9. Chaat masala 10. Egg 1 11. Salt 12. Flour 1/2 cup 13. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 14. Baking soda 1 pinch 15. Refined oil 16.  Bengali style bhetki fry Ingredients 1. Boneless Bhetki cut in rectangular shape-2 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons 3. Green chilly corriander paste 1 tablespoon 4. Egg 1 5. Breadcrumbs 1 cup 6. Flour 2 tablespoon 7. Cornflour 1 tablespoon 8. Baling powder 1 teaspoon 9.Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon 10. Salt 11. Pepper 1 teaspoon 12. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon 13. Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon 14. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 8. Chopped onion 1 9. Salt 10.egg 1 11. Cornflour 1 teaspoon 12. Refined oil Ingredients for chutney 1.  Cheese chicken roll Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 100gm marinated in vinegar ( 1 cap) for 30 mins 2. Ginger 1 inch 3. Garlic 10 cloves 4. Green chillies 5 /6 5. Corriander leaves few 6 Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon 8. Pepper 1 teaspoon 9. Cheese cubes 3 10. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 11. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon 12. Salt 13. Refined oil 14. Cornflour 2 tablespoon 15. Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup Process In a mixer mince the boneless chicken  Now in minced chicken add ginger, garlic, green chillies, corriander leaves, corriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Mix everything well, do not add water. Make a tight doe from the mixture using cornflour and breadcrumbs. Refrigerate the doe for 2 hours. Now bring it to room temperature.  Potato nuggets 1. 2 boiled potatoes 2. Breadcrumbs 1 cup 3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon 4. Green chilli corriander paste 2 tablespoon 5. Cheese cube 1 grated 6. 1/2 Onion sliced finely and fried 7. Milk 1/4 cup 8.salt 9.garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon 10. Mixed herbs 11. Red chilli flakes / chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon 12. Refined oil 13. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon 15. Mayonese 1 tablespoon Process Smash the potatoes, add ginger garlic paste , green chilli corriander paste, sliced fried onion, grated cheese, garam masala, mixed herbs, red chilli powder / chilli flakes, 1/ 2 cup breadcrumbs.salt mix everything well to make a tight doe Take a flat surface, freeze it with oil or ghee add the doe on top of it, flatten it with your hand. Now cut square pieces. Refrigerate it for 2-3/hours .  Thekua Ingredients 1. Wheat 1 cup 2. Powder sugar 1/2 cup 3. Mawa 2 tablespoon 4. Jaggery  ( liquid) 1/4 cup 5. Semolina ( 1 tablespoon) 6. Broken cashew cut into small pieces 7. Resins cut into small pieces 8. Ghee 2 tablespoon 9. Refined oil 10. Milk 1/2 cup 11. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 12. Grated coconut 1 cup Process In a bowl add dry ingredients wheat, powder sugar semolina, grated coconut, cashew, resins, baking powder,mawa, add jaggery, milk ( as much required). Make a tight doe. Rest it for 15 mins. Maje small balls from doe, grease your hands, flatten them with both hands , use fork to give marks on the ends Heat a pan, add ghee and oil, fry the balls  Cool it and serve
