 Chicken kathi kabab


Ingredients

1. Boneless chicken 200 gm

2. Egg 1

3. Ginger garlic paste,  2 tablespoon

4. Green chilli , corriander leaf paste 1 teaspoon

5. Red chilli powder 1teaspoon

6. Pepper 1 teaspoon

7. Garam masala powder 2 teaspoon

8. 2 cheese cubes grated

9. Salt as per taste

10. Cornflour 2 tablespoon

11. Refined oil

12. Vinegar

13. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

14. Wooden sticks


Process

Marinate chicken with vinegar for 30 mins

In a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil, saute the ginger garlic paste till raw smell disappears

Drain excess vinegar from chicken

In a grinder grind the chicken, add ginger garlic paste, green chilli corriander paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, pepper, grated cheese, egg.

Mix everything well.

Refrigerate for 6-7 hours

Bring it to room temperature , add salt to mixture, add cornflour, bind everything well

Make small balls, insert wooden stick inside each ball and give it a shape as displayed in picture

Heat oilbin a pan, shallow fry the kebabs cautiously so that the kebabs are not broken

Serve with sliced onion and tomato sauce
