Ingredients

1. Wheat 1 cup

2. Powder sugar 1/2 cup

3. Mawa 2 tablespoon

4. Jaggery  ( liquid) 1/4 cup

5. Semolina ( 1 tablespoon)

6. Broken cashew cut into small pieces

7. Resins cut into small pieces

8. Ghee 2 tablespoon

9. Refined oil

10. Milk 1/2 cup

11. Baking powder 1 teaspoon

12. Grated coconut 1 cup


Process

In a bowl add dry ingredients wheat, powder sugar semolina, grated coconut, cashew, resins, baking powder,mawa, add jaggery, milk ( as much required). Make a tight doe.

Rest it for 15 mins.

Maje small balls from doe, grease your hands, flatten them with both hands , use fork to give marks on the ends

Heat a pan, add ghee and oil, fry the balls 

Cool it and serve
