Khasta kochuri

Khasta kochuri Ingredients 1. Urad dal 1/4 cup 2. Green chillies 5 3. Asfoetida  ( hing)1 teaspoon 4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 5. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon 7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 8. Salt 9. Corriander leaves  10. Garlic 5/6 cloves 13. Ginger  paste 1 teaspoon 14. Flour 1.5 cup 15. Ghee 1 tablespoon 16. Refined oil Process Overnight soak urad daal Make a paste from soaked dal, ginger , 2 green chillies Take flour in a bowl, and salt, ghee and make a doe cover it with wet cloth for at least 1 hour In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil add asfoetida. Then add dal paste. Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder,salt. Cook it well. Bring it to room temperature Make small bowls from the doe. Ingredients 1. Eggs 2 2. Tomato 2 3. Tomato sauce 4 tablespoons 4. Onion 1 nicely chopped 5.  green chillies -4 chopped 6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon 7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 8. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon 9. Some freshly chopped coriander 10. Corriander powder 1  teaspoon 11. Chopped or grated garlic 1 teaspoon 12. Refined oil 2 tablespoon 13. Pepper 1 teaspoon Process Make a paste of tomato In refined oil add onion, green chillies, garlic chopped. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt Cook it for 5 mins, add cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala, mixed herbs. Mix everything well. Break two eggs and add on top of the mixture. There should be a little distance between 2 egg poaches. Add salt and pepper on top of egg yolks. Cover it and cook for 5 mins . Add corriander leaves and serve it.

Ingredients 1. Flour 2 cups 2. Lukewarm water 1/2 cup 3. Mozerella cheese 2 cubes 4. Yeast  2 teaspoons 5. Refined Oil 2 teaspoon 6. Vegetables - capcicum, onion, carrot, beans.....based on availability, boil carrot, beans 7. Boiled chicken 4 pieces ( boneless medium sized) 8. Onion 1 whole, garlic 1 whole nicely chopped 9. Tomatoes -2 10. Chilli flakes 2 teaspoons 11. Mixed herbs 3 tablespoons 12. Salt  13. Ketchup 14. Schezwan sauce 15. Melted butter 1 tablespoon 16. 1/2 cup of wheat ( this is optional, I have added wheat to balance amount of flour, because more flour means more glutamine) 17. Vinegar 1 teaspoon 18. Moyonese Process Doe preperation Add yeast in a bowl, add lukewarm water and keep it on rest for 5-10 mins, then add refined oil, flour, wheat, salt , mixed herbs ( 1 tablespoon) mix them well. Chicken pie Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 100gm 2. Chopped garlic 5/6 cloves 3. Chopped onion 1 4. Chopped green chillies 3 5. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 7. Pepper 1 teaspoon 8. Bell pepper 1/4 9. Gram masala powder 10 butter 100gm 11. Mozerella cheese 2 cubes 12. Eggs 2 13. Flour 2 tablespoon 14. Cornflour 2 table spoons 15. Milk 1/2 cup 16. Mayonese 2 tablespoon 17. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon 18. Foil box 2 19. Vinegar 1 table spoon 20. Salt 21. Chicken Boti kabab Ingredients 1. Boneless chicken 100gm 2. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons 3. vinegar 1 tablespoon 4. Gram flour 2 tablespoon  5. Refined oil 1 table spoons 6. Melted butter 1 tablespoon 7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon 9. Curd or fresh cream 2 table spoons 10. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon 11. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 12. Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon 13. Salt as per taste 14. Grill sticks Process Marinate chicken with vinegar for 30 minutes. Roast gram flour in oil for 5 mins Drain off excess vinegar add fresh cream or curd. In it add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder, roasted gram flour and melted butter. Mix everything well. Butter cookies

Butter Cookies Ingredients 1. 100gm butter at room temperature 2. Flour 1 cup 3. Powder sugar 3/4 cup 4. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 5. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon 6. Cookie moulds Process In a container add butter , powder sugar blend them well. In a container add flour, baking powder, baking soda, mix them well. Add the flour mixture to mixture of powder sugar and butter. Mix everything well. Make a nice doe, divide the doe in 2 halves,make small balls from each lump. Total no of balls will not be more than 14. Flatten the balls using your palm. Grease the moulds with butter or refined oil Add the flattened balls in each mould. Preheat oven at 180 degree for 5 mins Bake the cookies at 150 degree for 15 mins. Bring it to room temperature and store in an airtight container.

Paneer cheese nuggets

Ingredients 1. 200gm of paneer 2. Cheese cubes -6 3. Garlic -5/6 cloves 4. 1 small onion nicely chopped 5. 3 green chillies nicely chopped 6. Cornflower 2 teaspoon 7. Breadcrumbs 8. Salt 9. Refined oil 10. Pepper 1 teaspoon 11. Red chilli powder 12. Mixed spices 1 teaspoon 13. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Process Smash the paneer, add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper, onion garlic and green chillies chopped, cornflower 1 tablespoon and make a doe  Take a small part of the doe and add a cheese cube , give it an oval shape . Make 6 nuggets from the doe. In a bowl add 1 table spoon of cornflower and water and make a thick batter. Dip the nuggets inside the batter , coat it with breadcrumbs . In a non stick fry pan heat refined oil and fry the nuggets. Serve it with sauce or mayonese.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients 1. 1 cup of refined oil 2. 1 cup of powder sugar 3. 1 cup of flour 4. Chocolate chips 5. Dark chocolate 50 gm 6. Butter 2 tablespoon 7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon 8. Baking soda 1 pinch 9. 3 eggs 10. Vanilla essence Process In a mixing bowl add 3 eggs, powder sugar, oil , chocolate chipsand mix them using hand grinder, add vanilla essence to it In another bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda In a microwave bowl add butter, chocolate and melt them, add melted chocolate to the first mixture. Add flour mixture to this and mix them using cut and fold method Pre heat oven at 150 degree for 5 mins Bake  at 150 degree for 15 mins each side Bring it out of oven to room temperature and serve it

Egg finger

Ingredients 1. Eggs 2 2. Milk 1 cup 3. Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon 4. Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon 5. Red chilli powder 6. Pepper 7. Bread crumbs 8. Flour 9. Salt 10.refined oil Process Break the eggs add milk, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Blend them for at least 10 mins. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder. Mix everything well. In a tiffin box brush some oil, add the mixture, close the lid of the tiffin box. In boiling water add a stand and keep the tiffin box on top of the stand. Boil it for 20 mins. The mixture increases in size. Bring it to room temperature Cut the mixture in finger shapes. Add salt in the flour and mix them well. Coat it with flour and then with breadcrumbs. In a pan add oil , heat it and fry the fingers. It is ready to serve with mayonese/ sauce

Ingredients 1. 200gm of boneless chicken 2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 3. Green chilli paste 1  4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 5. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 6. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon 7.  Refined oil 8. Egg 1 9. Cornflower 1 tablespoon 10. Bread 2 11 breadcrumbs 12. Potato 2 medium sized 13. Cheese 1 cube 14. Fresh cream 15. Salt 16. Pepper 17. Onion 2 medium sized  Process In a mixer add chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, onion slices,red chilli powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, breads, cheese, fresh cream. Make a thick paste. Mash boiled potatoes and add them with the mixture , add salt, pepper, cornflower Saute the mixture in a pan to remove excess water and then bring it to room temperature Take the mixture in hand  give a flat shape , make a central hole with help of bottle lid In a bowl break an egg In another bowl add breadcrumbs Dip the flat balls in egg , followed by breadcrumbs and shallow fry it in refined...

Mysore pak Today I am sharing recepie of a South Indian dessert Ingridients 1. Gram flour 1 cup 2. Sugar 1 cup 3. Ghee 1 cup 4. Roasted almonds 3/4 cut into small pieces Process Roast gram flour in a pan In a mixing bowl add ghee to roasted gram flour, make a thick batter. In a serving bowl brush some ghee In a pan add sugar and 2 cups of water In this add mixture of gram flour and ghee, mix them well, serve it in a serving bowl. Garnish with roasted almonds
