Chicken pie
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken 100gm
2. Chopped garlic 5/6 cloves
3. Chopped onion 1
4. Chopped green chillies 3
5. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
6. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
7. Pepper 1 teaspoon
8. Bell pepper 1/4
9. Gram masala powder
10 butter 100gm
11. Mozerella cheese 2 cubes
12. Eggs 2
13. Flour 2 tablespoon
14. Cornflour 2 table spoons
15. Milk 1/2 cup
16. Mayonese 2 tablespoon
17. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon
18. Foil box 2
19. Vinegar 1 table spoon
20. Salt
21. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
22 Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Process
Marinate chicken with vinegar for 30 minutes.
Drain off excess vinegar.
Boil chicken with salt and pepper shred into small pieces
In a pan add butter, saute sliced onion , Bell pepper, green chillies, garlic chopped,add chicken, chicken stock,turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala powder , salt and cook it till entire water evaporates
In a mixer add eggs, milk, flour, cornflour,baking powder, baking soda and make a smooth mixture
In a foil box add the chicken mixture, add half of the liquid mixture, spread fresh cream, add a cheese cube, again add remaining half of the liquid mixture
Preheat oven at 180 degree for 5 mins
Bake the entire mixture for 20 mins at 180 degrees
Cut into pieces and serve it
