Khasta kochuri
Ingredients
1. Urad dal 1/4 cup
2. Green chillies 5
3. Asfoetida  ( hing)1 teaspoon
4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
5. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
8. Salt
9. Corriander leaves 
10. Garlic 5/6 cloves
13. Ginger  paste 1 teaspoon
14. Flour 1.5 cup
15. Ghee 1 tablespoon
16. Refined oil



Process
Overnight soak urad daal
Make a paste from soaked dal, ginger , 2 green chillies
Take flour in a bowl, and salt, ghee and make a doe cover it with wet cloth for at least 1 hour

In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil add asfoetida. Then add dal paste. Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder,salt.
Cook it well.
Bring it to room temperature
Make small bowls from the doe.

Take each ball,  add 1 tablespoon of mixture in the ball, close the ball
Flatten the ball with palms

In a pan add enough oil to cook all balls
Deep fry the kochuris 

chutney - In a mixer add chopped corriander, green chillies, garlic cloves, salt mix everything well


Serve kochuri with dhonepatar chatni
