Shakshouka
Ingredients
1. Eggs 2
2. Tomato 2
3. Tomato sauce 4 tablespoons
4. Onion 1 nicely chopped
5. green chillies -4 chopped
6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
8. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
9. Some freshly chopped coriander
10. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
11. Chopped or grated garlic 1 teaspoon
12. Refined oil 2 tablespoon
13. Pepper 1 teaspoon
Process
Make a paste of tomato
In refined oil add onion, green chillies, garlic chopped.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt
Cook it for 5 mins, add cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala, mixed herbs.
Mix everything well.
Break two eggs and add on top of the mixture. There should be a little distance between 2 egg poaches.
Add salt and pepper on top of egg yolks.
Cover it and cook for 5 mins .
Add corriander leaves and serve it.
