Chicken Boti kabab
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken 100gm
2. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons
3. vinegar 1 tablespoon
4. Gram flour 2 tablespoon
5. Refined oil 1 table spoons
6. Melted butter 1 tablespoon
7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
9. Curd or fresh cream 2 table spoons
10. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
11. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
12. Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
13. Salt as per taste
14. Grill sticks
Process
Marinate chicken with vinegar for 30 minutes.
Roast gram flour in oil for 5 mins
Drain off excess vinegar add fresh cream or curd. In it add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder, roasted gram flour and melted butter.
Mix everything well. Marinate it for 3-4 hours in refrigerator
Bring it outside refrigerator, add salt to it
Preheat oven for 5 mins at 180 degree
In sticks add marinated chicken
Grill the chicken for 10 mins in microwave
Serve it with pudina chutney or mayonese.
