Cheese onion butter uthapam
Ingredients
1. Rice 1 cup
2. Urad dal 1/4 cup
3. Poha 1/2 cup
4. Grated cheese 1/2 cup
5. Butter 1 cube
6. Sliced Onion 2 medium sized
Process
Soak rice and dal overnight, make a thick paste of rice and dal. Soak poha , Rinse poha , make a paste, add it in mixture of rice and dal, ferment for 8 hours at least. Add salt to mixture ( remember that you are adding butter and cheese so adjust salt accordingly)
Heat a pan, add butter, allow it to melt, add the mixture, spread it on pan, add sliced onion, add grated cheese, flip it to other side, once both sides are cooked properly, serve it with white chutney
