 Oats omlette

Ingredients 

1. Oats 1 cup grinded

2. Egg 1

3. Milk 1 cup

4. Refined oil 1 teaspoon

5. Chopped vegetables- onion, capcicum, carrot, beans, green chillies, corriander leaves

6. Salt

7. Pepper 1 teaspoon

8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

9. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon


Process

In a bowl add grinded oats, milk and mix it, add chopped vegetables

In a separate bowl beat an egg with salt, pepper

Add it to oats mixture, mix everything well, add red chilli powder and mixed herbs

Add refined oil in pan, add the mixture, spread it on the pan, once one side is done flip to other side, fry properly and serve
