Taal sandwich

 

Ingredients: 
1. Milk Bread ( 1 Pound) - 6 pieces
2. Taal  pulp : 2 cups
3. Khowa / Mawa : 200gm
4. Milk : 500ml
5. Sugar 2 Cups
6. Grated Coconut " 1 cup
7. Flour : 1 cup
8. Baking Powder : 1 teaspoon
9. Ghee for Deep Fry
10. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
11. 11-12 cashew nuts grated


Process
Heat a pan, add 200 ml milk to it, Add grated mawa to it and boil. Keep the flame low and stir it continuously, Add 1 cup of sugar and stir it  continuously till the mixture becomes thick and attains a Concentration, add cardamom powder and mix everything well. Turn off the flame. store it in a container and refrigerate it.

Boil a separate container, add Taal pulp in it , add sugar and mix it. When the sugar is melted, add grated coconut and mix everything well. Pour in a container and refrigerate it.
Take a portion of Taal pulp add flour and baking powder in it, add little milk and mix  everything. If the mixture is concentrated, add more milk.
Cut the sides of the Bread and divide it in Two parts.
Heat ghee in a pan for deep fry.
Coat each part in Taal and Flour mixture and deep fry  the breads.
Take two Breads , add a layer of Taal and a layer of khowa in between,Make a small ball of Khowa and taal and add on top of the sandwiches. Garnish the sandwiches with remaining khowa and grated cashews.
