Ingredients

1. Chicken breast piece 1

2. Boneless  chicken cube 2 pieces

3. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons

4. Curd 2 tablespoon

5. Dessecated coconut powder 1 table spoon

6. Salt

8. Fresh cream 1 tablespoon

9. Vinegar 1 teaspoon

10. Salt as er taste

11. Grated cheese  (1 cube)

12. Butter 1 cube

13. Maggie masala e magic 1tablespoon

14. Green chillis

15. Corriander leaves, pudina leaves

16. Flour

17. Breadcrumbs

18. Eggs


Process

Marinate chicken breast whole piece in  vinegar and fresh cream, salt over night.

In a mixture grinder add boneless chicken cubes, green chillis, maggi magic masala, mix them, add garlic paste 1 tea spoon, coconut powder, salt and marinate them over night.

Add grated cheese on chicken mixture.

Make a chutney with green chilli, corriander, pudina leaves, curd, add chat masala


Add chicken mixture at the centre of chicken breast and roll the two ends. Coat it in egg, then flour, coat with breadcrumbs.

Deep fry in refined oil


Serve with chutney
