 Chicken pockets


Ingredients

1. Chicken breast piece 1

2. Boneless  chicken cube 2 pieces

3. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons

4. Olive -4/5 sliced

5. Dessecated coconut powder 1 table spoon

6. Salt

8. Fresh cream 1 tablespoon

9. Vinegar 1 teaspoon

10. Salt as er taste

11. Grated cheese  (1 cube)

12. Butter 1 cube

13. Maggie masala e magic 1tablespoon

14. Green chillis

15. Corriander leaves, pudina leaves

16. Mayonese 2 tablespoon 


Process

Marinate chicken breast whole piece in  vinegar and fresh cream, salt over night.

In a mixture grinder add boneless chicken cubes, green chillis, olive, mix them, add garlic paste 1 tea spoon, coconut powder, salt and marinate them over night.

Add grated cheese on chicken mixture.

Make thin slits on whole chicken breast, add chicken mixture inside the slits of whole chicken.

Add chicken breast piece and fry both sides.


In pan, add little butter, remaining garlic paste, mayonese

Heat butter in pan, add Mayonese, add freshly chopped corriander, pudina leaves.

Pour on top of chicken.

Serve with boiled potato
