Double Chocolate Cake with Walnut
Ingredients
1. Flour 1 cup
2. Powder Sugar 1/2 cup
3. Melted Butter 100 gm
4. Eggs 4
5. Chocolate chips 50 gm
6. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
7. Refined Oil 1 cup
8. Foil Box 3
9. Butter paper
10. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
11. Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon
12. Chocolate bar 100 gm
13. Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon
14. Fresh cream
15. Walnut
Process
Mix eggs with oil and powder sugar. Mix everything with a hand grinder. In a separate container add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder. Melt chocolate with butter.
Add half of the melted chocolate with egg, oil, and sugar mixture.
Add chocolate chips. Mix dry ingredients in the mixture through a cut and fold process.
Grease butter paper with oil or butter in the foil boxes. Add the mixture in the foil box. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 mins.
Bake the cakes at 150 mins for 15 mins each side.
In a separate container add fresh cream and melted chocolate using a hand grinder. Once the cakes are baked add the chocolate mixture on top of the cake.
