Mutton keema stuffed pancake
Ingredients
1. Mutton keema 100 gm
2. 1 medium Onion chopped
3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
4. Green chillies, corriander paste 1 tablespoon
5. Pepper 1 teaspoon
6. Mixed herbs
7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
8. Salt
9. Flour 1 cup
10. Refined oil 2 tablespoon
11. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
12. Yeast 1 teaspoon
13. Egg 1
14. Luke warm water
15. Milk 1/4 cup
16. Grated cheese
Process
Add flour, yeast, milk, egg, salt, water.
Make a tight doe.
Cover the doe with a plastic wrap and rest it for 5-6 hours.
In a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry onions till they are brown, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, add mutton keema and fry everything,add red chilli powder, pepper, salt, garam masala, mixed herbs. Cook everything well.
Now cool the mixture.
Knead the doe well. Divide the doe in two halves, use rolling pin to make a paratha from one half of the doe.
Brush oil in pan, place one paratha, add the keema mixture , add grated cheese on top of it, then place another paratha.
Fold the ends of the paratha.
Fry one side for 5 mins, then flip the other side. Fry for another 5 mins.
Serve it with mayonese.
